why is the 3rd party service not working? It's been out all day?
Absolutely the worst Ai program in the galaxy. Always ignores every prompt, creates images unwanted. eg: 2 male ninjas are talking by camp training apparatus are attacked by 3 female ninja. Results: Male ninjas attack each other, female ninja stand beside male ninjas and waste time pausing while males talk, 3 female ninja become 8 attacking themselves on a bridge, etc..etc.. Garbage pictures, and horrible stupid videos, every frigging time.
Hello Pollo.ai Support Team, I am writing to report what appears to be a reference image binding / conditioning failure on my account. I am working on a long-running children’s book illustration project and rely heavily on uploaded character reference images for consistency. Until recently, this worked intermittently, but it now appears to be completely broken. **Observed behavior:** * Uploaded character reference images are ignored entirely * Generated images revert to generic “cute dinosaur” or even (bizarrely) to "cute kids with dinosaur button" defaults * Results show no resemblance in proportions, facial features, or style to the uploaded references * This happens even with minimal test prompts (white background, no environment) **Steps I have already tried (without success):** * Logging out and back in * Re-uploading the reference images * Creating a new project * Simplifying prompts to reference-only tests * Resetting prompts and removing scene complexity To isolate the issue, I tested the same reference images and prompt flow in a separate, brand-new account. In the new account, reference binding works correctly. This strongly suggests that reference conditioning is disabled or corrupted on my original account. **Conclusion:** This appears to be an account-level reference binding issue rather than a prompt or image problem. **Request:** Could you please either: 1) Check whether reference image conditioning is disabled and fix it; 2) identify the problem and fix the issue; 3) cancel my account and provide a full refund.

God forbid you spent money on this app and your AI generator glitches, it charged me 4 times for the same image even though none of them loaded AT ALL. Not to mention the subscription is anything but worth the price with what you’re given after spending 5.99 for only a week. Just a 100 coins (which, to do anything actually stable you’d spent a minimum that much) and watermark removal privileges. That’s sad, but thank everything great I didn’t spend any more, nor do I plan to.

I regret purchasing this AI tool because it never generated the results I expected. The app consumes all the purchased tokens and credits but produces unsatisfactory outcomes. I simply wanted an image of a car driving on a road with a person inside during a sunset, but the results are frustrating. Even when using the “Consistent Character Video” mode, the character's appearance and facial features change completely. I wish I had never paid for this app.

I subscribed the service but I am totally unable to load a picture or video. When I try help, I get the “user unauthorized” message. The only thing that seems to work is the subscription tool, since the charge is already in my account and the only additional action I seem to be able to reach is an option for another even more expensive plan.
