I hate β€œfree” apps that say in-app purchase available but is completely unusable if not paid

Not sure what this can do for me, not easy to use

I was hoping to use this to get some idea of what foods were doing to my blood sugar through out the day. Unfortunately, the database is not complete (has basmati rice but not brown basmati rice for example), and you have to manually look up a food then memorize the data, then go enter that data yourself in the tracking area. The foods in the database also do not list the quantities for the numbers given, and with no way to just click to add to the log, this just seems far too cumbersome to be helpful for me. Perhaps others will be able to make better use of it.

I was looking for a comprehensive app with nutritional info on foods especially their Glycmeic index and info. And this ticks βœ… the box. I also love the glycemic load tracking functionality this is just great 😊.
