How to fix Loi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Loi app on iPhone
Update Loi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Loi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Loi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Loi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Loi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Loi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Loi » click [Force Stop]

Update Loi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Loi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Loi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Loi.

Fix Loi unable to contact server/ Loi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Loi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Loi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
