Recently the ads have gotten out of control. Have to turn down volume to scroll through because the ads wouldn’t stop repeating. Halfway through an ad it would start over.... after that i had to force close the app because even though i closed out of this news app the ads kept repeating....
Merely adequate

Installed it, then got a message I could eliminate the incessant advertising for $2.99. Seemed reasonable, and paid it. 90% of the Ads were eliminated, but still got annoying Ads coming through, including one from the WSJ half way through one of their reports. Contacted World News twice about this and yet to hear back. Nice concept, badly executed.
Ok for a brief review

The app is ok if all you want is a brief headline review. But what seems like a high percentage of stories won’t let you read the entire article or sometimes even open it with out paying a subscription fee.
