New app-less security woo hoo!

Never mind that every time an “upgrade” is completed, we have to download yet another app, never mind that every time they “upgrade” a system, they are down for days to upgrade.
Now, they have limited the number of characters in a password to 12 characters in their app. My passwords have long been longer than that. Now, I have to change my secure password to something just a little less secure.
Thank you for decreasing my ability to increase security on my account by forcing a LESS SECURE password. Can’t wait to change! Will I get the dreaded “your password is already in use” I wouldn’t be surprised if I did.
Hope the interns didn’t have to review the project in their Enterprise Security class. (Or maybe it’s going to be a case study when the breach happens!)
Limit of characters on password field

It appears that the password field allows for 12 characters max, my password is larger and it is not allowing me to log in. I already have an active account, I can log in on the webpage (btw looks great), can’t log in on the app.
