App and site do not work. Even after recent fixes.

This is my first time subscribing to Coupe Health. To my understanding, the platform is new. It does not work. Searching does not work. Simply put, it’s broken. And if it were to work, there are no filters to help you narrow down a search. At the moment, there Is no way to connect to virtual care or urgent care. I am met with a blank screen.
There is a lot of work that is needed to make CoupeHealth functional. Please look at castlight’s product. That is an app I wish Coupe would emulate.
Search function useless

New insurance for me this year. It was advertised as easy to use and would be able to search for whatever I need done (such as a broken arm) and it would give me my cost using different providers. CoupeHealth search function does not work. The website does let you search but it only really lets you search what tier a provider is with no filter functions. Not to mention tier 1 seems to be non existent for some things like labs (looked at a 200 mile distance).

You can’t make CoupeHealth demand a user updates CoupeHealth when your app update hasn’t yet been approved by apple. It makes it so you cannot use CoupeHealth at all until it finally is approved and users can download it. Please fix this and stop blocking CoupeHealth from use if it thinks there is an update. Been locked out for days.
Doesn’t work

CoupeHealth if very frustrating to use. It does t work at all. I can’t even get anything to come up from a search. I really don’t know why the Sydney app says I have to use CoupeHealth. Devs need to get on the ball put some effort into a single app instead of using two apps for your insurance plan

CoupeHealth maybe ok, but coupe health overall is a horrible system and is only out to screw over the people. Screw Anthem for creating this awful coverage plan.

The user experience is so much better than the prior version. Greatly appreciate the proactive prices. I checked it a few days and wasn't seeing the results I expected but it looks like it has been fixed now.
