Child Removal Impossible?

Seriously… one of the worst, most useless apps to “manage” one’s family.
Many others have said it, but that’s fact that a child member can’t be removed BY THE PARENT blows my mind. My kids aged out (they are BOTH adults)… one doesn’t even play games anymore and the other has his own PSN account. Literally trying to follow the principle of least privilege, and PSN’s stance is to leave as much access open as possible — it’s almost as if Sony *likes* to be hacked/exploited.

Received a notification within the PS app to download this. When I downloaded it, it keeps crashing when I try to open the application. Why not just expand the PS app with this built into it. Looks like someone wanted a bullet point on their yearly evaluation. Good attempt to fix the issue of doing extra steps to do family management within the PS app though.
Doesn't work

The app crashes. Can't add family members. Too many authentication steps. Gets you out of the app to the browser all time. Time limits don't work. The app is a piece of sh.... Works better the browser and just add it to home screen. I uninstalled it.
