How to fix Joi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Joi app on iPhone
Update Joi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Joi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Joi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Joi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Joi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Joi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Joi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Joi » click [Force Stop]

Update Joi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Joi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Joi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Joi.

Fix Joi unable to contact server/ Joi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Joi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Joi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
