When searching for multiple showings on the same date (future date) it constantly refreshes bringing you back to the current date. If you aren't VERY careful, you can end up booking a show on the day you are searching rather than your intended future date. And VOX will not refund your money or even allow you credit for another show. Terrible app, worse customer service.

Very frustrated! I tried 3 times to book tickets online. All 3 attempts always gave me an error message after I input my credit card details. The bank hold the funds and took them a while to revert the charges. I still have another charge which apparently is not showing in their system, which always gives error messages. After providing the customer service agent and manager with proof that I received the error message and my bank statement showing the deductions I am left without a refund. The way the customer service manager is handling my case is absolutely frustrating and there worse part is that there is no one else to escalate.

I don’t recommend poor quality service for refund I had to chase them to credit into my box account with continuous promises that it’s already credited and was nothings happened and later when I asked for a senior service manager I received an attitude a low road conversation which made me so mad and the manager same thing till I mentioned I’m recording this call with you

1. If seat is not available at selected time, you have to cancel the whole process and start over by selecting alternative time
2. If you select a movie, app will show you the available time. Once you select the time and select number of seats, app will show no seat is available
3. Buying snack online option is not working

Waste of time and money

I paid 290 Saudi riyals for a gold ticket with F&B package. After paying and the money deducted from my CC VOXCinemasApp had a message that said we are currently experiencing a technical outage. I did not receive my ticket and my booking was lost and I had to pay again 290sr for a total of 580. There is no phone number to call for assistance only an email and nobody responded yet.

We were thrilled the moment you added the feature of paying through apple pay as our purchase became WAY easier and the whole experience became more attractive, yet unfortunately now it was removed!!! After the apple pay introduced in the first place, we no longer carry cash nor our cards not only here but everywhere else. Everyone is advancing in their technologies not the other way around... please have it back to make our lives easier.

Not the first time but VOXCinemasApp has technical issues now a days, tried on multiple iPhones and PC website sometimes some options and even Bank Offers option gets totally missing, which delays booking and I lose a day

It’s a good application but it’s missing some things like.. I can only order food online the same time I book my ticket. What if I wanted to order food the same day? There’s no option for that.

Honestly the fact that there is no option for a refund or a at least a reschedule is ridiculous. I scheduled for a movie at Tuesday because it doesn’t air any other day only to find that it refreshed and the previous days have been added. But even so, the cinema was great.

I've been using VOXCinemasApp for more than a year on 2 different iPhones. I've never been able to hear any sound when I play a preview. Besides that VOXCinemasApp is relative easy to use with no other issues.

Apple pay is not available for the Qatari version of VOXCinemasApp . We would like to have this privilege asap as it’s much easier and faster.

I love vox but there is one thing that made me put four stars with me everything is awesome but you do not know how many dreams you have crushed by canceling the BTS movie I just want to know why you canceled it other than that vox is amazing and I think that people should go to vox more Often but please just bring back the movie and don’t make it 18+ because that is just weird because BTS is for kids and teenagers please just bring back the movie you crushed my dreams I haven’t been waiting for it for a long time

Its an excellent app but 2 issues
1.needs to add refunds
(Like cinescape) refunds are not given via credit card refund its a coupon that goes in to your account and you can use it later for future reservations.
2. You need to update your countries VOX cinemas opened in Kuwait and KSA and we have to use the website to book our tickets.
Overall its a great app and an even better cinema enjoy.

A wonderful application and would like to thank your great effort
In my opinion needs
1- 24 hr refund option Incase a person made a mistake in choosing the time or the movie
2- new movies coming option like in website
3- kindly highlight the language of the movie
4- if possible option paying by PayPal or Apple Pay,
5- option to preorder ur food

Please fix the “Add to Wallet” feature. I used to be able to add my tickets to my Apple Wallet which helps me track my schedule for the day. Now I can’t. It gives me errors

VOXCinemasApp is great but although there are have been VoxCinemas in Saudia Arabia for quite a while there is yet not an option to set your region as Saudia Arabia. Once updated VOXCinemasApp is basically all that you would ask for.

I have been to the cinema a lot recently, that’s because of the seatings. It was way better when there would be space in between people. Unlike it all being beside each other.

I used to have personal space as I’m a hijabi and won’t agree if a man would sit beside me. Covid is still not gone too, why are they brought back to how they were?? What if the person beside me had covid? Now what will that make other than more cases and more problems.

As a customer who goes to the cinema nearly every weekend, I really hope the seatings would have space between them. At least one..

Everything is awesome in VOXCinemasApp i can buy tickets online and it is so quick amazing app and everything is perfect 👌🏻 i think it deserves 4.8 stars honestly

Fantastic Application and very responsive

However the “Wallet Error, There was a problem loading your pass, please try again later” issue has been going on for 3 months, I’m unable to save my tickets on my wallet application. I’ve tried everything on my end to fix this issue, but it seems to be an issue from the Vox cinemas application itself, please fix this issue.

VOXCinemasApp works perfectly. Just got tickets and it worked without any issues. Good to quickly check movie times also.
