1. If seat is not available at selected time, you have to cancel the whole process and start over by selecting alternative time
2. If you select a movie, app will show you the available time. Once you select the time and select number of seats, app will show no seat is available
3. Buying snack online option is not working
Waste of time and money

I paid 290 Saudi riyals for a gold ticket with F&B package. After paying and the money deducted from my CC the app had a message that said we are currently experiencing a technical outage. I did not receive my ticket and my booking was lost and I had to pay again 290sr for a total of 580. There is no phone number to call for assistance only an email and nobody responded yet.

Very frustrated! I tried 3 times to book tickets online. All 3 attempts always gave me an error message after I input my credit card details. The bank hold the funds and took them a while to revert the charges. I still have another charge which apparently is not showing in their system, which always gives error messages. After providing the customer service agent and manager with proof that I received the error message and my bank statement showing the deductions I am left without a refund. The way the customer service manager is handling my case is absolutely frustrating and there worse part is that there is no one else to escalate.
