Nice try! Although the concept is brilliant that compliments the Sleep Number app the execution is dismal! The analysis worked the first two nights and then it stopped analyzing on the third night and then issued a notice on the fourth (and last) night that there was not enough memory to analyze the data. My phone has plenty of memory. Until BreatheIQ is corrected, I’ve deleted it from the phone.

I am having the same issue I see others having, where I use my Sleep Number log in info to sign in on the this app app. Then I go to my email inbox to confirm my email address, click on the link in the email that says “confirm email”, which takes me back to BreatheIQ , where I sm only given 2 options: resend email or log out. It’s stuck in s loop. I have closed all my apps, tried logging out and back in and…same silly loop over and over. Frustrating!

Update:
I did finally log in and we downloaded it on my husband’s phone too since there seemed to be no way to advance in BreatheIQ if you have a sleep partner and don’t add them. However, my husband does not wish to participate and BreatheIQ expects the partner to do so unless you sleep alone. Seems like his non-participation would only skew my results. So I find it worthless.

Original: App tells me if I have a sleep number account to use those credentials to login, but there is not login link, just a place to register new account. When I tried doing that using my email and password from sleep number, it told me invalid credentials

My husband and I downloaded this this app app, and it is the STUPIDEST thing going! Don't get me wrong, it's a great idea, that put simply doesn't work! We go to the log in spot, enter our emails, push continue...enter our passwords push continue, and it says it has sent it to our email, check the email, and that takes us back to entering our emails.
It doesn't work!!! We've each tried at least 3 different times...it's BASEBALL SEASON, 3 STRIKES and you're OUT! (We're the ones out, we want nothing more to do with you, it probably would've been a good app, but ONLY if you can GET PAST the LOG IN...
...I guess we'll NEVER KNOW!!!)

Can’t access BreatheIQ . Downloaded it to my phone, put in our sleep number account email, got the email and clicked verify email and nothing happened. Tried it all 3xs. Nothing. The email used is my husbands but he doesn’t need BreatheIQ , he has a cpap. I need it so hopefully you’ll adjust the log in procedure. It is terrible for couples if it can only be downloaded on the same phone that the email is on

I input my name and PW, clicked on verify my email, did that and what happens? Nothing, nada, a waste of time. I am not the only one. A prior reviewer was told “We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please check for your verification email on the same mobile device where you downloaded this app™. If you don’t see the verification email in your inbox, check your spam folder. Click on the verification link in the email to successfully complete”. BreatheIQ doesn’t work!!

Had some issues as others stated with logging in, but once logged in, thought was good to go…. Wrong… started the analysis before bed (why this doesn’t toe in with the sleep number app to know when I’m in bed to automatically start analyzing is beyond me). Next morning… “analyzing data… this could take up to 30min”…. 12 hours later, still “analyzing data” with no results.
I’m in software for a a living… how did this ever pass testing is beyond me. Don’t waste your time with BreatheIQ until the developers work out the litany of showstopper issues.

I downloaded BreatheIQ and entered the same information as my Sleep Number IQ info; get to the screen where it says to confirm your email. After clicking send email , I checked the inbox, nothing there; check spam, sure enough it’s there, so I moved it to the inbox and clicked confirm email. It just brings me to the webpage to download BreatheIQ Well, I already have BreatheIQ so I click open goes to BreatheIQ and it’s still there at send email page. Can’t get past that so… Yeah, great app!

# Frustrating Experience with this app App
I was initially excited to use this app with my new Sleep Number i8. However, the setup process has been a disappointment.

# Issue Description
After downloading BreatheIQ and logging in with my Sleep Number credentials, I was prompted to verify my email address. Although I successfully confirmed my email, the process didn't progress as expected.

# Expected Outcome
Instead of being redirected to BreatheIQ 's main interface, I was taken to a website with a download button for BreatheIQ (which I had already installed) and some additional information about BreatheIQ .

# Conclusion
While I'm looking forward to using the this app app, the setup process has been frustrating. I hope the developers will address these issues and improve the overall user experience.

Love our SleepNumber bed & app, enjoyable to check mine & my wife’s score. Wanted to try this out and couldn’t have had a worse experience. Issues with verifying primary email. When sending her an email to join she’d click the link to verify and wouldn’t work. Tried repeatedly multiple days and finally got us both in, only to have it log us out after we weren’t ready to go to bed to test. Terrible app, will not be using again.

I received the verification email so that’s farther than many in the reviews. When I click on ‘confirm email’ it takes me right back to BreatheIQ to ‘sign in,’ except it is a continual loop of sending a confirmation email. There is no option to contact customer support and the verification emails are all from ‘do not reply’ emails. So, until sleep number can partner with a company that has a working app, or at the very least one with customer service to be able to resolve technical issues, there isn’t an option that integrates with sleep number app. this app should have a QC process, and sleep number shouldn’t partner with a company that doesn’t have QC….

Really enjoy my Sleep Number app and was excited for this update. However, someone dropped the ball with this. Stuck in a loop of verifying email and then when I go into my email to click the verification link, it takes me to the BreathIQ webpage, I click BreatheIQ link and I back where I started with it asking me to verify. Not sure if this is an apple thing, but this needs an update or a bug worked out because this does not work and is not due to user error.

The this app app was easy enough to download and run. However, it does not detect me snoring. I tried it for several nights with 0 minutes of snoring.

I have a separate sleep app from another developer that does detect me snoring. It says i snored for at least 20-30 minutes or more when this app said I had 0. And it gave me recorded samples of me snoring.

I do have a noise machine running all night to help with sleeping. So the this app may be thrown off by that noise. But it doesn’t disrupt my other sleep app.

Was going to try tonight, but I’m not able to use my bluetooth headband to fall asleep while app is open/during the countdown to start tracking period. Essentially you cant listen to anything via bluetooth while BreatheIQ is tracking. App may work well but doesn’t currently work with my sleep routine

BreatheIQ has sent me half a dozen email verification emails - all of which I have clicked to verify (on the same device on which I downloaded BreatheIQ ) and none of which have allowed me to move past the email verification screen. Very poorly done.

Update - they have resolved the issue re email verification.

It took me way too many nights of sending and resending the verification email think it’s was a glitch and maybe the process would work the next day.

Finally I did something different. Long pressing on the verification link, initially to copy and paste the link into the browser directly. I tried both edge and then safari. It wasn’t until I accidentally clicked open link that the Breathe App came up and started reading the link details.

So at some design level different settings, either in non-default mail client or not using safari—it’s interrupting the process.

For anyone else, if you go to verify and your browser launches your settings are part of what they didn’t anticipate; see if long pressing and hitting open link cause the breathe app to launch instead.

Once the devs corrected the email verification method I tried it out for a few nights. Either I don’t snore (possible) or my sound machine covers it up, which isn’t super loud. I don’t plan on sleeping without it just to continue to try this out, but we shall see if it ever picks up sound.
Just ok and kind of think it should just be a part of the Sleep Number app, rather than separate.

This brand new app holds a lot of promise and the support team was exceptional when my upgrade wasn’t activating after I paid. They were excellent communicators who made it clear they wanted my experience to be great. All is now well and I look forward to gleaning the information!

I didn’t have any issues with logging in. I just logged in using my existing Sleep Number account.

I love the idea of BreatheIQ. The only issue I have is inaccurate snoring reporting. Both my partner and I use it at the same time and it will show his snoring as mine. And it stopped after 8 hours even though I was still in bed sleeping.

Hopefully they work on these issues and make it better!

Excellent addition to the Sleep number product family. Quick setup and insightful snore results so far. Will continue using BreatheIQ to understand and track snore changes overtime to improve my sleep quality.
