It is impossible to reach some one. I have been trying for over 24 hrs to get help and no one is available. I have emptied the cache and still nothing. They will happily and quickly take your money but won’t lift a finger to help a player.

Dark War: Survival State is just another copy-paste of the same tired base-building strategy games we’ve seen countless times before. There’s nothing unique or exciting here. You build a base, gather resources, and train troops, but the gameplay gets repetitive fast.

This game suffers from a major imbalance. Bigger accounts with more resources and higher levels constantly bully smaller players, making it nearly impossible to progress if you’re not willing to spend money or dedicate endless hours. It’s frustrating and takes the fun out of the experience. If you’re looking for something fresh or fair, this game is not it.

This is nothing more than Whiteout Survival with zombies. It is literally the same game by the same people with zombies. It is nothing like the ad and in the end you will spend tons of money only to be be destroyed by those who pay more than you! Please don’t waste your precious money or time!

It was interesting in the beginning up until I realized that this is the same pay-to-play game that we’ve seen in dozens of different variations. It has a new skin but exactly the same gameplay and mechanics of the previous games it stole from. Quit while you are ahead

Everything is designed to milk people for money. You can play for free if you are a causal player. But don’t expect to be competitive only one legendary can be drawn. The rest of them must be paid for in a way that makes you gamble. Perfectly fine time management game like all the others. Nothing special about it.

The game’s not that bad… but just like any other mobile game, you won’t be able to do anything truly helpful or meaningful without spending your entire life savings on the game and even then there’s someone spending more than you, and you’ll just get raided constantly. Try to talk to literally anyone and the community is a toxic concoction of acid and cancer mixed together.
It’s rare to find any actually friendly people in these games and the rest are like screaming 3-5 year olds with Cheeto fingers

I’ve played this game for three days and I’ve been on it for most of the day. However every single time I go to sleep, I wake up and it tells me I’ve been kicked out of my team bc of a long absence. Same with work one day, kicked me out. Does the game not understand people have LIVES? Other that that it is 100% fun and I love it but I refuse to play a game that demands my precious time 24/7.
Thank you. And I hope they fix this feature but I will not be redownloading.

Beware of this rigged game. Money you spend you do not get the items. The gems you do get to create a group you pay for, 2 days later they send one button push to all members your group is not doing good and send all members to different groups. They won’t leave members alone. Game developers make groups and make it impossible to play without them putting a wall between you. If you do not disband the group they lock your account so you can’t upgrade or do anything.

Way to rip off the Resident Evil movie soundtrack for your annoying sucky mobile ads. You even have the Red Queen saying, “You’re all going to die down here.” How about you put a mute button on your AppLovin ad so you stop muting my podcasts. I hate being forced to listen to your ads audio content!!!!!

The game is fun however as others have stated, there’s no way to report an issue to the developer. There’s also no help guide for new players on certain things in the game. They definitely need to fix these issues.

The Devs are definitely in control of the Game, Once you download the Game, and get few levels up, there’s a Game Representative that works for the Developers that is over powerful no Matter how much you pour into it, you will never catch up, to be as powerful as them. It’s a ploy to keep you spending, it’s by design even in the chat rooms, setup on a random ratio of previous game play where the servers recording active live realms, and all the while among 1 to 50 servers each will be randomly generated to perform the same conversation and enter actions of noob players joining. You think you’re in conversation, no matter what you reply no matter who you engage with, the results are the same. It’s a Money Pit where you the player gets shafted and the developers make you feel as if you’re a part of something real when you’re just a puppet of a already programmed game that already existed way before you even joined. It’s a never ending repeat of randomized game plays from the past representing a pretend future of right now. All the way to the text. Artificial intelligence at its finest hour.

For what the game is it’s ok not bad would be much better with some upgrades. I figured that the game would have more fun things to do. We don’t have control over the game much or the characters. Build and place things where you want. We cannot collect resources on our own or chip trees and get iron. When it comes to the characters we don’t have control over that either! I think the game is ok for what it is but some work should be done.

It needs some work, for one, having gems and gold coins as a certain must-have currency for things is too…cliche, just pick one. Shields, for heavens sake, stop making them take so much to obtain. PvP is not fun or easy when you have people that simply buy everything and then smash little bases. I recommend not even permitting players to hit three levels or more under their base/shelter lvl. The upgrading process is fun and the heroes are cool too, but why in the world does the advertisement pictures in DarkWar Store look like they do, then you go to play the game and it’s super cartoony: fix that please, it’s a glaring issue. For diversity I also recommend adding customizable personal hero portrait, heroe armors, and the vehicle too, maybe add more vehicles. Upgrades to the wall and right away would also be nice.

Fun game but the constant interruptions from it stalling and glitching is quite annoying. If this can be fixed, the game will be awesome. Yes, the game is similar to Whiteout Survival but there are other elements (like the storyline) to this game that makes it better!

I love playing this game. I am part of a great alliance and have been able to level up so quickly! However, every game has it’s struggles. A lot of people do pay to win, and it would be nice to have a way to gift to other players. But I believe the biggest struggle is trying to report issues. The automatic system they have just gives me the same message over and over.

So I don’t think this is new but how can you be kicked out of your own tribe that you paid to activate I forgot to play for a couple days I get back on and I was kicked out of a clan tribe whatever you call it that I created not sure how that can be even remotely possible I don’t care how long I forget to play

I just want to know how an alliance that I paid 2000 gems to make is now no longer under my ownership. It seems counterintuitive to have ownership transfer to an R1 member overnight.

Even though this is like White Out it still is a completely different game. I like the interaction with this game way better! I love the fact you get to fight and make your way through the area. Would rather play this then White Out hands down .

Yes I realized I have spent more money than I wanted, but the game is extremely fun. I played whiteout survival for over a year and it’s very similar. I am in a strong alliance. It is paid to win unfortunately. But we have players that don’t spend a dime who are growing strong. Developers of these games are racking in the money big time. Will continue to play. 🙌
