Hello. Im not sure why there is no link for customer service in my setting of Game Dark War survival . Also One of my caracter is frozen and cannot be upgraded ?
Want to report a player for kicking me from alliance beause I wouldn't swap to a new game with them - I have screenshots to support...
1. My Premium Center - Building Promo Pass is stuck. I can't change my selection and can't buy it 2. We need "black list function" to inhibit someone joining the alliance. My alliance is setting acceptance as "Accept All" and we want to band s/o.
2 Individuals in server 35 are cheating or using a glitch in the Zombie Siege event. Their names are "Xx ARTIIX xX" and "E U N H A". They are both members of BLKT and are somehow getting credit for participating in multiple alliances defense, which is not supposed to be allowed.

Is there a way to send alliance invites to un-allied players in the game? I'm in an alliance already, but we want to recruit, send invites, to other players so we can grow, become stronger, and have more fun. If we grow, then just maybe we won't be constantly attacked by other alliances. Thank you for your time and look forward to your timely response.
Is there a way to report players for things. The server I am in is toxic. Large top 5 alliances bullying smaller alliances just cause they can. It’s causing players to leave the game. There is no reason for them to hit the same alliances over and over again they already killed all their troops and took all resources. They are doing it out of spite. Server 38. Alliance's cat 7 and inc. the world chat is just disgusting as well

It is as if there is a ban on my chats, and I have not violated anything. I have been suffering from this problem for three or four days, and I started to face problems with the rest of the players because they are unable to see my messages. They think that I am ignoring them. I want a quick response. I have been trying to communicate with you for a while.

Dark War: Survival State is just another copy-paste of the same tired base-building strategy games we’ve seen countless times before. There’s nothing unique or exciting here. You build a base, gather resources, and train troops, but the gameplay gets repetitive fast.
This game suffers from a major imbalance. Bigger accounts with more resources and higher levels constantly bully smaller players, making it nearly impossible to progress if you’re not willing to spend money or dedicate endless hours. It’s frustrating and takes the fun out of the experience. If you’re looking for something fresh or fair, this game is not it.

The game’s not that bad… but just like any other mobile game, you won’t be able to do anything truly helpful or meaningful without spending your entire life savings on the game and even then there’s someone spending more than you, and you’ll just get raided constantly. Try to talk to literally anyone and the community is a toxic concoction of acid and cancer mixed together.
It’s rare to find any actually friendly people in these games and the rest are like screaming 3-5 year olds with Cheeto fingers
Doesn’t understand people have lives

I’ve played this game for three days and I’ve been on it for most of the day. However every single time I go to sleep, I wake up and it tells me I’ve been kicked out of my team bc of a long absence. Same with work one day, kicked me out. Does the game not understand people have LIVES? Other that that it is 100% fun and I love it but I refuse to play a game that demands my precious time 24/7.
Thank you. And I hope they fix this feature but I will not be redownloading.
