Features

- Workout categories can be automatically assigned to workout sessions based on the workout session activity type (built-in workout) or by the workout routine activity (this app).

- Workout Activity: An individual workout, performed on its own day, focused on a muscle group (e.g. arms, shoulders, lower-body) or general activity (e.g. running, core, full-body).

- Workout Category: There is a collective understanding amongst health institutions that there are four primary types of exercises: endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.

- Workout Session: A built-in (Apple HealthKit) record in the iOS ecosystem created by various apps, for instance Apple Watch or 3rd party apps.

- Assign workout routine activities to workout sessions.
