I’ve been using Prime for a few years now and all I can say is amazing. It is a vital tool that I use every week at our church. We are a church with only a piano. Prime provides for us the ability to do music we simply couldn’t without a band, and that is no small feat. From multitracks to split tracks. Being able to control the volume of every track or even muting it completely. Transposing the key, changing the tempo and adjusting the master volume. Now with the ability to cross fade and overlap between tracks it’s perfect.

Cross fading and overlapping songs is something I have had to do manually for a long time. Editing songs together and then uploading them as one takes a huge amount of time but I did it because musically it sounds the best, is more professional and makes the service flow more. Last Sunday I used this new feature to overlap two songs together and it worked perfectly! I couldn’t tell you how much time this is going to save me or how excited I am about these new features. All I can say is thank you to the team who have made PrimeMultiTrackApp and all its features possible.

I can’t even name all the features I use, not even mentioning the site and all the great things it provides and makes possible, but I can say that PrimeMultiTrackApp is invaluable to me and I’m extremely thankful for it. Keep up the great work Loop Community. You truly are making a difference in the world of worship. Love PrimeMultiTrackApp , the website and you guys!

This has been a great way for our church to enhance our sound and stay tight to a click. We use it both on iPhone and Mac, and in the Mac we use a looptimus stop box to control basic things like looping a section, fading out, and starting the next song. Some of the other features like being able to route the audio to an audio interface id love to be able to do.

If you buy tracks, the biggest challenge I’ve noticed is that there isn’t consistent leveling song to song. So I use soundflower to create a midi multi output (built in on Mac) and then I can listen and level out each tracks parts by soloing those parts and watching a level meter in something like Studio one or probably any DAW. I usually level to the bass part first, then the drums and then make sure I set each track to overall not exceed a certain value, for us -12 dB typically works. The important part is that the volume isn’t changing a lot between tracks because that effects in ear mixes and creates a headache for the sound guy. If we could route the audio out to separate channels with an audio interface (which PrimeMultiTrackApp supports), this would probably be easier.

Overall love PrimeMultiTrackApp and integral to our worship service each week!

When I first saw a video about this I was ecstatic about it. I am the only musician in a small church and I was looking for a way to supplement my keyboard playing with backing tracks to make things sound better. When I found out about Prime I started to tell all my other musician friends about it. Being able to upload my own music and backing tracks, for free, to use in our services has been a Godsend. It has had its glitches but very rarely. That’s more so a testament to my MacBook being a little in the older side. I’ve been using Prime for at least 6 months and I love it.

That was until these last 2 weeks. The “Migration in progress” bar keeps crashing the program. It frustrating especially when running the sound plus playing behind the worship team. So for it to keep freezing like that has been a HUGE burden. The program loads to a certain point and then just stops. That’s it. No prompts. No ability to skip the feature. This newest update is essentially killing our worship service and the atmosphere because I’m constantly trying fix the problem while I’m playing. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!!

This is an incredible app for any worship team, whether you’re a one man band on acoustic leading worship or a five piece band just needing those synth parts as fillers to make the worship experience better! There are so many good things to say about PrimeMultiTrackApp! The ability to quickly rearrange songs just by “clicking and dragging”, jumping to sections on the fly, controlling the track mix easily, and so much more features that I could go on and on about! They have a great team of developers who are always working hard to bring necessary updates to PrimeMultiTrackApp as quickly as possible! I’m so excited about the cross fades update coming soon!!

We are a multi site church and PRIME has helped and continues to help our worship teams at each of our campuses. We have some small campuses and some fairly large ones, and PRIME does magic for all of them! Thank you, LoopCommunity for all you do for the worship community!!

PrimeMultiTrackApp has been a God-send, has totally revolutionized our worship ministry in our sub-50 members church. The reason I give it 3 stars is that it is still incredibly buggy. When I try to edit markers for a new song, for no apparent reason, every time I pause playback to set a new marker, the playhead goes back to a previous marker. No matter how far ahead I am, ever time I pause it takes me way back to the same point in the time line. This happens in my iPhone 7 Plus and my iPad Air. Editing in the Mac app is even more frustrating as when I try to place the playhead in a certain position in the song, it moves the nearest or sometimes second nearest marker instead, even if it is more than half an inch away.
PrimeMultiTrackApp urgently needs some basic edit buttons like undo and discard changes. If you edit something by mistake, you are forced to save or delete EVERYTHING. Having that said, I cannot find a better multitrack app on iOS.

I have used Prime for the last year or so. I don’t know what happened, but it has completely crashed on me. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail. I can’t load any of my tracks. The latest update seems to have shut me down. I had another member of my team try the same thing, and they got the same results.. We have service tomorrow, but no tracks to use... This limits me options big time especially when my other band mates are unable to come due to work. I hope whatever is going on gets resolved ASAP..

So, the update changed the functionality to where just clicking add song doesn’t load the track. You have to tap the grayed out original to get the track to load.. Everything is back to normal.

There is so much to be said about Prime. It’s a SPECTACULAR software for adding tap and audio cues to your music without any hassle at all.

There are 2 major areas that stick out to me with the invention of prime:

1) Every band situation from “we only have a drummer and a singer” to “we rotate dozens of musicians through and want keep our sound consistent” can benefit from Prime. I see so many solutions on the market that are only helpful for pro level bands that require a PHD in computer programming and thousands of dollars of outboard gear to function... this is robust enough to stand shoulder to shoulder with the biggest software on the market, as well as being so user friendly that even that no-budget small beginner team can get immediate results from using it.

2) The best customer support in the nation. These guys listen. No really... they ACTUALLY listen. They are musicians that had been in every stage of the game and have created a product and a community that actually responds to feedback. If there is something that Prime isn’t doing for you, I bet if you ask, it will probably end up in the next update.

I’ve had PrimeMultiTrackApp for a couple of years and have had a difficult getting most of our worship team on board. Not really understanding their resistance to this technology, I assume it was fear of the unknown. I built up the multitrack library from the LC website praying one day we would be using it weekly. That day came when we were so short of musicians that I was able to convince the team we should try it out. They agreed! After we rehearsed with the tracks one of the musicians said ‘I’m Sold!”! We’ve been using them regularly ever since!

LC website has a great library of songs! Thank you Loop Community for this awesome tool! Easy to use app! I recommend Prime multitrack to everyone!

Everything about PrimeMultiTrackApp is wonderful. Using pre-made songs on PrimeMultiTrackApp , adding your own, all works well and the interface is wonderful!

ADD A LIVE MODE: if the interface changes after song order, all levels/mixes, and arrangements are set... a separate live mode with big section buttons, big play/repeat buttons, Large Current Song Title, a Large next song Title, eliminating all the mixing sliders... this would be perfect. Maybe a square grid in order of arrangement, but big square buttons instead of a linear timeline. A live mode with my already purchased loop mini pedal would make this thing soar!

My worship team started using PRIME about two years ago. Before that time we had never even played with a click. Now we play with a click and use tracks every week. The ability to put pads in between songs and have crossfades set has made our transitions seemless and gotten rid of that "awkward silence" that takes place between songs. Playing with a click has made us a better band as we sound much tighter. PRIME's flexibility and great prices on tracks from Loop Community make this product amazing! Being able to creat setlists on my MacBook in my office and then sync it to the cloud and load to iPad in the worship center is awesome!

I have been using Prime to enhance live worship music for several years and love the ease of use and integration with Loop Community’s huge catalog of multi-tracks.

The real magic, though, happened last night when I used it with our youth band. The ability to isolate only the tracks we needed made it simple enough to use with a novice band that isn’t quite ready to play to a click (or use in-ear monitors.) The section loop feature is a great way to take a simple loop and add new sonic texture to the band without having to lock into a particular arrangement.

I love what the LC team is doing and am always eagerly awaiting what they come out with next!

I have been using Loop Community for a long time now and I can say it has been a reliable and easy source of using multi tracks for leading worship… I tour with worship artists and I play in local churches in my city and Loop Community has always been part of my essentials to use as a music director/worship leader… It’s very easy to use , gets the job done , I also don’t have to worry about paying for an expensive software like ableton, which I know is really good , but loop prime is free for use on my iPad ,iPhone ,or even MacBook..! thank you look for all that you’re doing and I recommend all your worship leaders to have this!!

We downloaded this application after meeting several staff at the Exponential Conference in ChicagoLand. They were very helpful and were actually the shove we needed to implement Tracks in our services. The Prime app is super intuitive and user friendly. It took no time to learn how to Navigate it and make changes in to our set list. I had to reach out to support regarding setting it up in our sound system. I can’t say enough good things about their support. They were quick and very knowledgeable. We have use two tracks in our services and have had zero issues with PrimeMultiTrackApp ! I totally recommend PrimeMultiTrackApp!

Loop Community is an incredible addition to any worship team. Even if you’re simply using it for pads or a click, this is going to enhance your worship leading. The added features that brought midi control and teams put PrimeMultiTrackApp over the top. My band being able to isolate their parts in the track for practicing has helped build their ability and confidence. Whether you are playing by yourself or have 12 musicians, Prime is going to make your team more cohesive. On top of the actual app, Loop really pays attention to the client and is very active in discussion groups, making sure PrimeMultiTrackApp is always improving.

Started using PrimeMultiTrackApp about two years ago on an iPad and now run it on a MacBook. The ability to fill in the instrumental gaps, collaborate with team members as we prepare for Sunday (eg, with my lead guitarist looking over tracks for a planned song, he can tell me what parts to eliminate to leave him room to play), and keep everyone in lock step with clicks has been nothing short of a God-send. And with Prime, it all comes very easily, as opposed to learning Ableton, etc.

I have to also commend the staff and leadership (shout out to Matt McCoy!) for the outstanding support of the Prime app, both directly and via social media. Outstanding job, folks!

When I first was introduced to using tracks in worship I was a little skeptical, however I had no idea as to how much it would at to the worship experience. Particularly when the worship team is just an acoustic guitar and vocals. Being able to fill in the missing instruments with tracks and being able to edit the track to fit our needs was AWESOME!

The real game changer came when I paired the PRIME app with my Looptimus and was given full control over my tracks it just allowed for me to be as creative as I could be in worship.

Once you try PRIME you’ll never go back! Highly Recommend!!

For my worship band this is my go to app for track play. The worship leader gives me the tracks, and using Prime I add all the tracks (or stems) into it. With it I can fade, sequence the arrangement, solo or mute certain instruments, auto sequence to the next song, or just use a basic metronome. I have PC based programs that do much more but keep coming back to Prime for ease of use, and fulfilling 90 percent of our needs. I would to see an "emergency" fade all but the click track function, but otherwise I really appreciate the functionality and practical application of this program.

We use Prime every week at our church. It’s super easy to use. A couple of things would make it 5 star worthy:

1. If you added more variety of tracks for PrimeMultiTrackApp to purchase. (i.e. the acoustic album of Hillsong Young & Free)

2. When we make changes on our iPad, I wish everyone that was logged in to our Prime account would be in sync and make the changes automatically too. My phone app doesn’t change so if my music director makes changes and doesn’t communicate to the team about it, we are in the dark. It’d be really helpful when we practice on our own.

Loop Community Prime is the best app for worship and a huge factor the success I have had as a volunteer worship leader/music director. It makes our live band sound full with some of the additional layers of pads, synths, sub bass, and percussion. The click and cues make us tight and give a solid structure that keeps us all together. The transitions make the experience we lead almost seamless for our congregation. The team at LC is also continually working on making their products and services better.

I can’t imagine leading worship and NOT using Prime now.

PrimeMultiTrackApp is a real treasure. As a Hispanic church (a small one), we were in need of more equipment and musicians. Although now we have more people, PrimeMultiTrackApp helps us to have a fuller worship time and give God our very best. Instruments and patches that we could not afford or get a hold of are now extremely affordable and easy to get. We have grown so much as a team and have used these tracks for about two years now. I encourage other worship teams to invest in this and slowly build a library of songs. Thank you Loop Community for this great resource, God bless you so much.

It’s going on 2 month since PrimeMultiTrackApp was broken and there still hasn’t been an official statement about this. Just random people responding to individual posts and reviews.

I left multitracks because loopcommunity was just similar enough that I could justify moving to the new platform. Now that cues and arrangements just don’t work at all I’m very close to jumping ship on LC.

You need to send out a notification to your users or something through PrimeMultiTrackApp and let us know what the actual status is on this or your going watch everything you’ve built slowly deteriorate and fade away.

People will be more understanding if you are honest with them but at this point it seems like your hiding information.

People may think I’m over reacting but you released a promo video for this new version saying it improved on all the original features. Well how can that possibly be when your core functionality doesn’t even exist anymore in this new app.

To me it seems like you either have lost some of your original programmers or you hired a completely new dev team to build this version and they didn’t cover all the functionality before releasing to PrimeMultiTrackApp Store.

If I don’t see a fix or an honest public statement to everyone that subscribes to LC in 2 more weeks I’m going back to multitracks.

I love, love, love PrimeMultiTrackApp, it so easy to intergrate and arrange song tracks. It has helped us do worship at a higher level musically and I thank you so much for that. I would give it 5 stars if you hadn’t changed the interface. Please consider moving the pad controls to the top and the track controls back to the bottom and make them bigger please. I find it a bit harder to use live now without hitting the wrong button on the iPad by accident (which I did a few weeks ago). The original interface was the easiest to use. Or maybe have two versions available (the original and the updated).

I opened PrimeMultiTrackApp on Sunday morning to find that PrimeMultiTrackApp had been updated and the layout was completely different and had to redownload the tracks 30 minutes before we were supposed to go live. I understand that it’s my fault for having auto updates on , and to be honest I do like the new look, but guys, there are A LOT of glitches which break PrimeMultiTrackApp , cause loops to start over on their own repeatedly after a few seconds. I have always supported PrimeMultiTrackApp, the developers, and loved everything you do, Matt, since the day you came to talk to my class at Judson and I prefer this over multitracks so please, please fix this. I’m sitting in the sanctuary wondering what we’re gonna need to do this week if PrimeMultiTrackApp doesn’t start working soon.

The new prime app is absolutely amazing and it along with loop community as a whole has been a game changing platform for our tracks and services. We are a church plant who just sent out our drummer and his wife (who so happened to be our keys player) along wit 17 others from our church to go and plant another church in a neighboring community. Needless to say, being an already small church I was nervous about what that would mean for our worship service and feel, but loop community came in clutch when it was just me and my guitar to be able to still create an excellent worship experience for our congregation! I haven’t had any issues with their software even when in beta testing, but have seen the LC staff bend over backwards to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible with the resources they provide! Great company. Great software. Hopefully I can get into some of their great hardware soon as well!

We started using Prime at our church a couple years ago, and the accessibility to so many great resources — that are also volunteer friendly — is pretty much unmatched. PrimeMultiTrackApp is well-built with a variety of different features to suit your team well. The customer support has also been great in my experience, if there’s anything that goes wrong or you encounter a problem, they’re quick to respond and resolve the issue for you.

Best thing about it IMO is scalability — you have the option to only pay for what you’re gonna use. You can use Prime standalone with no subscription, or you can add on tiers based on what you’re doing inside PrimeMultiTrackApp and controlling with it. It’s been a game changer for us, and I’d highly recommend exploring Prime and Loop Community for your future tracks rig!

Since we implemented multitracks at our small church, it truly has enhanced the worship experience. PrimeMultiTrackApp is user friendly, affordable, and not to mention — customer service has always gone above and beyond to answer any questions, or sort out any issues! One thing I love, is when companies/developers WANT to hear from their customers on what might make something better— We see you. We see how hard you all work to make sure you can participate in advancing the Kingdom. I am grateful for everyone involved in developing PrimeMultiTrackApp, again, i it doesn’t only help the big churches but the small ones, too!
