Close and restart the Queue app on iPhone
Update Queue app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Queue iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Queue on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Queue network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Queue app issues:

Force Stop the Queue App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Queue app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Queue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Queue App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Queue app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Queue.

Fix Queue unable to contact server/ Queue internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Queue » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Queue » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Queue on android.
