Sorry but BPLToGo is just garbage. I can’t find the books checked out to me anywhere in BPLToGo , I can’t open them in Kindle, and I can’t browse the entire library (by category), just the new acquisitions. And it doesn’t sort series by number. And you can change the color at night to dark — but it doesn’t change BPLToGo ’s borders which remain bright white (and there’s no full screen option). A monkey could’ve designed a better app. Did BPL’s tech person design BPLToGo by him/herself or did an actual app designer get paid for this? If so, BPL — you should ask for your money back.

Keep trying to do requires update – some bug in system won’t allow it. Can’t use app at all now.

BPLToGo only worked for one day and then, crashed. Great idea, poor execution.

Just downloaded BPLToGo, I opened it and it popped up with a notice saying the version was no longer supported, took me back to BPLToGo Store, where there is no option to update. So...no good.

BPLToGo literally doesn’t work. It says it requires an update then loops you back to BPLToGo Store and there is no update.

I believe some one posted a review with the same exact issue i am reporting on. BPL app just keeps circling between BPLToGo store and BPLToGo itself asking for update. I wonder if the BPL management or the developers are sleeping.

BPLToGo requires an update that doesn’t exist. It loops you to BPLToGo Store and only gives you the option to reopen BPLToGo which then host takes you back to BPLToGo Store. Etc. etc. etc.

Immediately after downloading a pop up alert comes up and says this version is outdated. There is no updated version. Ridiculous.

App does not work at all - it loops between the update, which immediately takes you back to BPLToGo , where the cycle begins again

I have tried many times but just goes in an endless circle back to App Store then back to needs an update message.

BPLToGo doesn’t work. It saying that there’s version that needs updating and it directs back to BPLToGo Store. Please, a quick fix. Thank You

I downloaded BPLToGo , put my library card in, set up the account. Saw the book I had checked out. Went to my home screen and didn’t see BPLToGo . Can only access BPLToGo through BPLToGo store. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Gave it one extra star because of the ease of use in logging in.

Covers all the basics, with management of your BPL account being very useful (e.g. renewing on the go). It is annoying that the UI is unresponsive until the "recently viewed" carousel has loaded, when I never look at it.

Love BPLToGo. It works better than you'd expect from an essentially governmental entity. It's pretty user friendly. I can look for books, put holds on them, then I get an email when my book is ready to pick up. Maybe there is a notification feature for this, but I hate getting notifications so not sure. It also lets me know when my books are due and if I've incurred any fines. Because it's as easy to use as the Amazon app, it's basically saving me money.

Great app. Love that the BPL is always upgrading and improving their services. Especially love the summer concert series. This summer is really terrific. Love the way the coordinator introduces the musicians - she really knows her musicians!

I always am sick of logging in to my laptop to put a book on hold or whatsoever and BPLToGo is just great for doing what I need to do to manage my account.
BPLToGo is useful to me when I'm on the go and it doesn't lag or crash (for me).
