How to fix Gensmo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gensmo app on iPhone
Update Gensmo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gensmo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gensmo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gensmo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gensmo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gensmo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gensmo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gensmo » click [Force Stop]

Update Gensmo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gensmo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gensmo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gensmo.

Fix Gensmo unable to contact server/ Gensmo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gensmo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gensmo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
