I did a 3 day trial and ended up not getting notified that I was gonna get charged. (Even tho they said they’d send me a reminder). Lifeback doesn’t seem to work. I have 10 unblocks per day but it won’t let me unblock. I read other reviews and the dev response said to turn off focus mode. I tried that and I was able to unblock and it asked for how long. I said 15 minutes, but now all the apps that I had blocked are fully open and it’s been longer than 15 minutes. Id like to say it was a successful app with no issues but there’s a lot of bugs it seems. I paid for a year so maybe it’ll improve over time.

I’ve never had an app do the “free with in-app purchases” thing and allow me to skip signing up for a paid subscription to use a free trial instead, only to guilt trip me with a personal message about how “it’s expensive to run an app” and then tell me that maybe they’re “not Lifeback for me” if I don’t want to pay.

I purchased a subscription about a month ago. It was amazing. I love the hard mode setting. Was really feeling like I was getting my focus back. Then with a recent update Lifeback completely stopped working. It won’t block apps when you have a focus session in. And previous rules don’t even show up. I’m very disappointed. Tried contacting support with the email provided in Lifeback , and I was told that email address didn’t exist… hopefully things get fixed soon…

I have it for one day. It blocked fb, insta etc and made me breathe before opening.

But the rules I setup stopped working. I can open every app freely.

I might look for another app since this has a free 3 day trial. I love it but it doesn’t do what it says.

i have Lifeback with high hopes and every time i go to open Lifeback it won’t let me it just closes it so..

Every time I activate a block Lifeback will close even though I make sure to not block Lifeback itself. I am a paying member so this is even more frustrating. I don’t want to cancel my subscription but if the issue doesnt resolve after the first month I’m out. It’s too bad really since Lifeback does seriously help with productivity. The only solution seems to uninstall and reinstall but that is just so bothersome for a service I am paying for

Lifeback has helped me eliminate all the distractions and cheap dopamine from scrolling on social media. As a result I’ve been a lot more focused, getting a lot more things done. Strongly recommended! This is the only app that’s worked for me.

Found myself constantly on my phone and on social media for no reason. Lifeback is simple in setting limits and teaching myself to limit phone time. Highly recommend!

I never really download these apps - but this one is so good. I literally can’t even scroll if I wanted to. I am saving HOURS of my day. One of the only apps I actually recommend to everyone.

I was scrolling all day, I’d be walking around the house in reels and forget what I was doing. The brain fog I was experiencing was terrible. Lifeback helped manage my life and get me back on track!

Lifeback is incredibly useful, strongly recommend it. It’s the only one that has actually worked for me.
