ScreenMirroring is really just to get you to buy their pro version or get their subscription. Screen is cast at 1280x720 at 15fps, which looks like crap on a 4K TV, and no audio. If you want higher resolution, frames, and audio, you have to upgrade to their pro version. After about a minute from when I first start casting, my cast was interrupted by a screen asking you to upgrade to pro. Barely gives you a chance to use it. I don’t know how long in between those pop ups you get to use casting. If you want to switch which device you’re casting to, you have to watch an ad every time you want to cast your screen, which I understand is how they make money. Writing this review and uninstalling. I don’t need to cast that badly.

I downloaded this as a free app but was annoyed by having to use Bluetooth for audio ...I paid for the “pro” and was able to ex out ads & stream with sound on the television. I was able to use this for about two days, after that only picture is mirrored . My settings are all set correctly, but sound will not go through. I hate to think I wasted money on ScreenMirroring, I actually love its capabilities- would jus love to get my money’s worth..

One of the biggest waste of time I could see is putting an app out and having it do something other than what you think it will. ScreenMirroring has not been able to mirror cast or screen any information from myApple iPhone 11 Pro. No audio no video no connection.I would say I’m disappointed but I have no faith in the DevelopersAbility to create app that would work. Read some reviews right a response. same old bulllarky. just trying to take your money for something that has never worked.

Doesn’t work, tried to figure out how to use it and couldn’t find a menu or help, just a blank screen.
Tried your tips, still doesn’t work. Your email was the most help I’ve received. To bad it was a month after I tried every avenue I could think of. I tried every form of communication I could think of and nobody would answer me.

ScreenMirroring has a lot of great potential. I had a few issues with latency and ScreenMirroring interrupts your viewing about every 90 secs to ask you to upgrade to pro. I was testing it out to see if I wanted to upgrade but got annoyed with the interruptions so frequently. I was fine with watching an ad to kick off some of the features but the frequency of the interruptions are insane. There was not enough time for me to enjoy ScreenMirroring or get used to using it. The developers should really consider this.

Don't waste your time downloading ScreenMirroring. Every minute or so an ad pops up to buy the pro version. ScreenMirroring is so locked down it isn't functional. You can't enable the sound on ScreenMirroring until you pay for the pro version.

There are ways to have someone buy your app but restricting an app this much should not force you to buy the pro version.

Don't support ScreenMirroring. Please download other mirroring apps.

Hey, if your app needs unlocking of some “pro” tier in order to have full functionality, then that’s an in-app purchase, and it should be shown in ScreenMirroring Store as such. ScreenMirroring has in-app purchases. So tell users it does before they waste their time downloading it and trying to use it, all the while thinking that they’ll get full functionality without needing to ‘upgrade’.

ScreenMirroring works, yes. But there is no audio put into the tv. No issue for me.

The main issue is is that it’s begging me to buy its premium pro feature so there is no ad. There are other apps that can do a better job than this sellout of an app. And every few minutes it will stop broadcasting just to advertise the premium pro feature. Very disappointed

I purchased the plus and the audio doubles up/gives feedback during the workout. I have to pause it every few min to let the audio run forward to catch up. But it doubles up immediately again. Very frustrating during workouts.

Works okay once it connects. I have problems getting it to connect and have to reset chrome cast just about every time we try to use it. We don’t have that problem with any other apps that cast.

It’s easy to cast any screen of my iPhone to TV via chromecast. Picture resolution is good, however, all images of moving subjects in a video, when casted to TV will shaking with bad quality. During casting, Iphone voice will not automatically mute. Both TV and iPhone sound simultaneously and has to turn down the voice in iPhone by yourself. If those problems can be solved, it will be worth to buy.

it lags only a tiny bit but its still watchable. you have to pay for pro to get the audio so i decided to listem through my phone instead. but when you start screemshare then the volume decreases so much you have to put it up to your ear like youre on the phone chatting with someone. Then every minute or so a big ad pop up saying "like ScreenMirroring?? pay for pro!!" and wont leave until 10 seconds later. it gets in the way of actually using ScreenMirroring for me..if i were just showing pictures or presenting something small it should fine though

Ok so, everything is perfect it’s just like an Apple TV but. There’s no sound I tried to play a video on my phone and nothing came out...so fix this immediately.

I love ScreenMirroring compared to others you have to pay monthly. Wish their was audio but I can still watch or play with headphones. Only thing that’s laggy is that ScreenMirroring is about 1 to 3 seconds off.

I love TV CAST FOR CHROMECAST! Now I can cast and mirror my whole IPAD/IPHONE straight to my tv screen! Not to mention I can cast web videos, web photos, web tv, not to mention cast the web period! It even saves the hassle connecting a casting device like AIRPLAY and saves an extra HDMI import on my TV!

If you don’t want to pay for ad removal and stuff this is A1. The sound doesn’t come with but I don’t mind better than all the other ones I had to deal with so thanks so much for that.

I was looking for an app that didn’t need google home. This works great for me except no sound. However the software developers are already working on a fix.

We had a chromecast but I couldn’t mirror my phone. I was about to get an Apple TV thinking I needed it for mirroring but got ScreenMirroring (pro version). Audio is good and mirror well. Just turn down the volume on your phone and turn it up on your tv. Works perfectly! Saved me $170!

It a great way to mirror but it’s only really good if you buy the pro version for that you might as well not have the free version but it good any

Every minute you cast you have an annoying 10 second pop up which just gets very frustrating on top of that half the time it buffers so badly you can’t enjoy any video you play because half of the time it’s skipping the other half it’s stuck. I recommend downloading the mirroring app that simply says “chrome cast” it works much better.

To use the “free” version, you first have to watch an ad, then periodically through whatever you are casting the screen is blocked by another “Get premium” screen for 10 seconds.... over and over. I understand having to watch an ad first, but not the pop ups. Too much. Uninstalling.

I tried this ScreenMirroring because I needed to mirror the screen of my iPad to my ChromeCast. The only thing it did is showing an advertisement (on the iPad screen, not the TV screen) and asking me to pay $2.99 for upgrading to the “Plus” version. Meanwhile the TV screen shows a frozen snapshot of the iPad screen or solid green. I don’t feel inclined to pay for the privilege to test the “Plus” version.

Installed the “free” version expecting to have some requirement(s) to view ads either via or banner or before viewing session or video. Got it going with ease. As expected I had to watch a short advertisement prior to screen cast....fair enough. What I was not expecting?.....approx. every 3 minutes a complete screen block out occurs pitching purchase of the “pro” version.
Unsat and misleading.

No audio when casting, timed out after a few minutes. also tried going into two apps (LOTR journeys in middle earth and mansions of madness), both will only mirror the initial screen image and not the different screens or animations, and again no audio, might have considered the pro version if it worked.

This is a cool app, and I enjoy broadcasting to my tv. My main problem is it’s super glitchy for games, and it has too many ads. They only last about 30 seconds, but they come every minute and a half. Please make it free with no bugs and no ads

Great app works just like it should. The developers updated us on the sound problem and are working on it! Highly recommend.
