I use multiple banks, and thus have multiple banking apps. This is by far the worst. The issue is mostly with bill pay. I cannot believe how long it takes to load between each payment. Ridiculous. Should not take literally an hour to pay bills, purely due to long wait times while you’re trying to make the next payment. Crazy. And yes, I keep up with the updates, so it’s not that. Fix this, it’s enough to make me want to switch banks! I’ve had this trouble for at least 5 months. Yuck.

I had issues months ago, Fidelity cust service rep talked about all kinds of things and then said OH, we made a lot of changes to the app. You need to delete app, reload.
That worked then- but why weren’t we notified we should update app before issues?!
NOW, a week ago same issue, so I deleted and re- added. It worked.
Today, no luck after re- loading app.
Disappointing- need to deposit. I will call bank cust service and complain. We need a real app.

I got a new iPhone and ever since it doesn’t always allow me to do facial recognition and I Have to completely log in and it’s a pain. Also once they did the big update it completely got rid of all of my previous settings where I got notifications, so now I don’t get any notifications and I can’t figure out how to Turn them back on with the new update!
