Orders Cancelled Twice
Tempted to delete this app because I have order 2 time and had those orders cancelled. I received no communication from vide why they were cancelled and never was notified. Both times the items were moved to my “order history” and I had to look and it said “unavailable” and then I had to check my banking and see that I was refunded. No explanation. No communication with the seller. No incentive to use Videdressing. Disappointing when you are looking forward for something, waiting for mail to arrive and then there is nothing.
