Connected my accounts with multiple retailers, for which I know I digital receipts with cleanly eligible FSA items exist. this app did not pick up any of the items. this app analyzed the receipts (as evidenced by it saying it reviewed 13 receipts, and I know there were 13 receipts with that retailer).
Silver looks good at first. It connnected my Amazon, Target, Costco, walgreens accounts with no issue and found a bunch of of items. But it won’t create the claim forms and finish the process. Keeps giving errors.
It also won’t let me add other retailers like my Walmart, CVS, Sam’s Club, BJ’s club, and other retail store accounts, plus no grocery stores where I buy a lot of FSA items when someone is sick or I need bandaids real quick. Bottom line - Silver doesn’t work. I wanted it too. So far it found almost 500 dollars of FSA items from just 4 retailers. But if it doesn’t let me create the submissions. Forms and won’t let me add my other stores then it’s not functioning as it should.
I hope they fix it.
At first when I got Silver I was a bit sceptical but in my first 2 months I have already saved almost 230$. I highly recommend
this app is so easy to use. They found me over $150 in eligible FSA expenses by connecting my Amazon account. Literally free money I would have not found otherwise.
