Gold & Silver Spot JM Bullion Reviews

I recently purchased from JM Bullion for the first time because of the 10oz @ spot promotion. I received the buffalo rounds quick,however, the coins looked like they had been previously owned. Some of the coins had gashes out of the face and others had a black smudge that I assume was tarnish. I called customer service and the lady was nice and offered to exchange the product. I opted to keep the coins due to value not being affected, but wanted to let quality team know what was being sent out. I let her know I would be purchasing in the future and hope quality improves. She offered me a $5 coupon for my next purchase. Kudos to the service team for trying to make it right.

I am retired and have invested in physical silver for many years and gone through many dealers and sources. Started using JM exclusively in 2014 because of their high degree of honesty, integrity, value and customer service. I have never had a problem with them that was not handled in a professional manner, which I can not say for other dealers.
All in all, I feel safe, secure and comfortable with JM to satisfy my physical silver investment needs.
If there was someone out there better, I would be using them.

Lately has been very nervous times with 1 US bank going under and now I hear they are having bank runs in China. I hope not but looks like the long predicted collapse is starting to happen. So I am constantly ordering. As it’s said only keep the fiat in fiat that you can afford to lose. Everything else in gold and silver if you want to keep what you worked so hard for . JM is one of three metals dealers I trust. Sure, any site is happy to process your money order (that’s my preferred method of payment); getting your order out afterward? That’s a whole different story. And when you’re waiting on several thousand dollars-worth of product it’s nice to receive it in a timely fashion, packaged properly.

So let’s say I’m looking at in stock silver, I choose to sort by price. I find something I like on the 3rd page so I tap it to look at it. When I try to go back to the 3rd page to continue shopping it resets and brings me back to page one and resets my sorting option as well. When you get to the 14th page, looking at all kinds of coins you can see how annoying and frustrating it can be. Please fix this nonsense.

JM bullion has the most amazing website and enter phase much better than all the competition their prices are highly competitive and they’re bullying is the best quality I have re-sold it and buyers have always offered me The highest prices for it their customer service is excellent and the selection is superb good work JM!

I have been dealing with JM Bullion for years. I have always gotten everything I ordered and in the time frame they said it would be delivered. Joined their military/veterans discount program by sending in several sensitive documents…DD214, Veterans ID card (front and back), Veterans stamped State drivers license…I followed their directions EXPLICITLY! Waited for confirmation email/approval before making my 1st purchase…clearly saw the discounted pricing at checkout. Then BAM! No discount at checkout! Total bait and switch. Sent them several emails with photos & screenshots & time stamps…nothing! No biggie…savings was about $8. TBH, it’s more disappointing that they advertise this program with the U.S. flag in the background.

Jm Bullion is the best online retailer for gold and silver bullion. I can order something at night and by the time I wake up in the morning it has already been shipped.

I downloaded all the silver and gold apps, and tested them all out. This is the best one by far.
No spam, or sign ups. It gives you the spot prices and the gold to silver ratio as soon as you open GoldSilverSpotJMBullion which I love! The only thing it’s lacking Is the ability to set alerts for the GSR (Gold to Silver Ratio) that’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

In the sake of diversity in investing, and currency not dependent on electricity or computer tally’s.
It’s wise to store some hard currency.
Cash loses value daily and several percent annually, so it seems to break even is still better than loss although much speculation exist, I’m sure it will prove to be average to above average investment.

Only company I’ve gone through to buy silver and gold; and through GoldSilverSpotJMBullion only. Super easy, super quick. Only downside is the 100 minimum. Otherwise I’d be spending money more often if it could be $50 or even $75. None the less, can’t wait to make another purchase.
