How to fix Freeletics app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Freeletics app on iPhone
Update Freeletics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Freeletics iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Freeletics on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Freeletics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Freeletics Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Freeletics not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Freeletics App
1. On android, goto Settings » Freeletics » click [Force Stop]

Update Freeletics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Freeletics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Freeletics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Freeletics.

Fix Freeletics unable to contact server/ Freeletics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Freeletics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Freeletics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
