The dev has schooled me/us on the utter stupidity of trusting the team behind BambooCalculator. Hence, I’m now scrambling for a replacement. Pls advise if you find one; I’ll do the same.
BambooCalculator would be a 5⭐️ if the background change worked. A cleaner interface would help too. I’m sure most people found you’re app as a replacement for Digits app which no longer works on iOS 11.
This calculator has both scientific and arithmetic function. However there is no memory function like M+ M- or memory recall and memory cancel functions. This severely limits its usability in daily use. Tips and loan functions are welcome additions. Interface is simple and clean and read out of digits as entered is helpful. However until the memory functions are added in the paid version I would give it only 3 stars.
As with others needing a tape for long calculations and old versions not compatible with new ISO. This fits the bill being able to edit the tape on any line entered and even after the total button has been used, editing is still possible. Using it on an iPad entries are smooth and a slight clicking sound to me is useful. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars as with other calculators My Bluetooth keypad numbers are not excepted as in-put.
Easy to use has all functions available except memory functions also needs to show running total in the display above the key pad like most desktop printing calculators. Missing running total is why it didn’t get a 5 star rating.
This is a great calculator for side-by-side and slide over actions on the iPad. 5 stars for that.
But for some reason it pauses my music each time I invoke it. Why? (Minus one star).
Has everything except for the ability to copy and paste values from the list/tape.
