Although it is easy to earn points by walking with a rate of one dollar per every thousand steps and playing luck games, what is hidden from you is that when you cash out, you need 30,000 points and 50 fragments. After playing with JoyPace for a five day test, I got enough points to cash out but I needed the fragments. You can supposedly earn fragments by cracking open the lucky egg but you only have three free chances per day and after that, every hammer to crack an egg is earned by watching two ads. A main issue that I have along with many others is that JoyPace allows you to get about 40 fragments with a fifty percent chance of winning a fragment from each egg and after that, it becomes impossible to get more than 40, 43, 45, or 49 fragments. I watched 40 ads which took me an hour and a half to get out of being stuck at 43 fragments yet, none of the eggs had a fragment. JoyPace becomes increasingly rigged when you approach cashing out and I would recommend saving your time by not downloading this scam app.

They leave out key points and need you to believe you’re almost ready to cash out and then they spring new rules and new things you gotta do in order to cash out. It’s easy to follow those rules to beginning, but they slowly make it nearly impossible and at one point you have to watch over 30 minutes of advertising in order to receive one chance to get one of the items you need to get out of 20 that you need to cash out.

JoyPace is a big waste of time and scam! Sure you can earn money and im currently sitting at $53. What JoyPace doesn’t tell you until you try to cash out that you also need 50 fragments including a min of $30 to cash out. After you get 35-40 fragments JoyPace WITH NOT give you more making it impossible to cash out any mo way you have earned! Tried contacting app support 2 times and get no response. So I DO NOT recommend downloading JoyPace!

Im at 20 days straight. You need 50 fragments to get the $30 prize. Supposedly. I got to $50 dollars and only 37 fragments. Once you get to $50 cash out you need 50 more fragments. Where you lose the previous fragments. You get 10 tries a day to get fragments. Once I only needed 25 fragments i was luckily to get 2 fragments out of 10 tries. 3 tries a day are free. The other 7 you have to watch 2 videos per 1 try. This is completely a waste of time, effort, and phone battery.

Before I get into the negatives, the only positive I would give is the 55 cent welcome bonus that I was able to redeem.

With that out of the way, as other reviews have mentioned JoyPace stops giving you fragments so you can’t cash out. I’ve spent hours trying to get 1 fragment so I can get $30. I’m at 49 and even with all the ads I watch it’s not letting me get to 50.
Developers, PLEASE fix this, although I have a suspicion you won’t in order to make money 🤔

I’m really hoping I didn’t spend hours watching ads to be cheated. I’ll check back in a week, and update my review if that changes. I need one more widget. It hides that from you until you try to collect. You actually need 50 widgets to collect, and that’s after weeks and hours of doing your part for $30. The game would be fun, if you weren’t being lied to. I don’t mind watching the ads for reward. Not being tricked and scammed out of my time.

I literally played this game almost four hours. I normally don’t give these games that much time. I could be doing something valuable. I tried this time. You should always go with your first mind. I finally reached the 30,000 energy I needed to cash out $30. When I go to cash out the $30, it states I need 40 fragments. Don’t waste your time. I need to check and see if there is a report link. That way we can report all these scammers and their fake actors who they pay real good money to lie.

JoyPace is a complete scam once you get everything you need to cash out then it tells you you need fragments and you need 50 fragments and they want you to watch all these videos but they never give you the fragments that you need then it runs you down all the way till you only need a couple fragmentsand just doesn’t give you anymore if I could put zero stars I would this is the worst app ever they never give you what you need and every single day you get no fragments so you’re just wasting your time

JoyPace seemed promising. I had earned enough energy to cashout and when I went to cashout, couldn’t cash out because I needed 30 fragments….and finally got the 30 fragments and attempted to cashout and couldn’t , bc I needed 20 additional fragments. Extremely misleading app that will probably never pay out…will likely have you constantly chasing fragments (watching add after add hatching empty eggs = no fragments). Kind of pist because JoyPace is so misleading and cashout directions are not clear & had me thinking I was so close to meeting cashout requirements only to find that once I had met them thy they changed, so this game took too much of my time that I could have invested earning other legit money from a credible app. BEWARE FAKE APP !!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Reported JoyPace to Apple so they can hopefully remove it from JoyPace store! DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I used JoyPace because I walk at least 10k steps per day. I earned well over 30k energy which was $30 to withdraw. When you go to withdraw, you have to have fragments. I had 30 fragments when I tried to withdraw. JoyPace said I had to have 34 fragments, so I earned 4 more. Then JoyPace changed and said I needed 50 fragments! Okay, so I tried to earn 50 and I spent 5 days(!!!) trying to get to 50, watching two ads for every hammer. I got to 45 and I am giving up. I wrote an email to the developer before posting this review, and it’s been 3 days with no response. You will never get a single dollar out of JoyPace so just do not bother. JoyPace should be removed from JoyPace store!!!

So I’ve had JoyPace long enough. With all the steps and the multiple dozens upon dozens of ads ive watched I reached $30 cash out. I have done everything and all extra JoyPace has to offer. Yet it won’t let me cash out cause I don’t have enough “fragments”. First of all NO WHERE on JoyPace or rules does it say you need this. So false advertising and scamming people. The only way to earn “fragments” is to pound on a egg with a hammer to break it open to see what’s inside. However the catch is… I’ve broken probably over 100 eggs since getting JoyPace and NEVER.. not once was there “fragment” pieces inside. There’s NEVER anything inside. They purposely make it so you can’t get any no matter what. Don’t recommend JoyPace and if y’all are here reading reviews to decide whether to get it or not… well here’s your answer. It’s a waste of your time.

Scam! Won’t let you cash out

Even if withdrawal is possible, when you try to withdraw, there is a lack of sculptures. I can't withdraw, so I am asking you to collect sculptures. If you break the eggs that contain sculptures, you can get a piece, but after some time, no matter how many eggs you break, there are no more pieces. JoyPace is a scam. Apps like this should be removed from JoyPace Store.

JoyPace it self works fine the ways to earn money work well! But when it’s time to cash out there’s a certain amount you have to have and some puzzle fragments or however they’re called! that’s fine with me i don’t mind working for it, i also understand if watching the videos dont work to get extra ones cause usually it will say there’s nothing in the egg surprise to get the fragment what makes me angry and wanna delete JoyPace is when it’s a new day and you get your three free hammers for the eggs why am i still getting nothing?? like im so close to 50 and now you want to give me nothing so i cant even cash out what i have? Its not fair? it’s a waste of time and such a disappointment then like i continue to try it and it keeps giving me an empty egg even without watching ads i don’t understand.

JoyPace should be called ad fest. As all they seem interested in doing is pushing ads down your throat. As soon as soon you open the ap it forces a 30 second ad on you before it even opens. Here is a gift, watch an ad, want to earn more, here’s another ad. Wanna convert your steps to earn the money it says you can, you guessed it. Watch an ad. In a week I have earned barely 6 bucks of which you cannot touch till you reach 30 dollars. That equates to about hour or more of ads. I am absolutely confident to cash out I am gonna have to watch at the very minimum another ad. It’s really misleading. It’s more a chance to force ads than it is to promote health or walking.

I’ve been on JoyPace going on almost 2 months. I had gotten to the withdrawal amount of $30 when I found out they needed 50 fragments. Ok, I watched video after video only to get to 49 fragments and Im going on 2 weeks of trying to get the last fragmant I need and I still have yet to get it. Now I’m up to almost 70,000 steps….I have wasted my time and energy on JoyPace, and I hope no one else does !!! Very dissatisfied with JoyPace. And all they can say is we hope to have the bug fixed in the next update….and do you know how many updates they have had and it’s still not fixed ? I would like to be compensated for all the wasted time I can never get back please….

I have tried several walking apps, this is not one worth downloading. At first you start getting “points” like crazy but when it’s time to redeem them….surprise! You also have to have 50 fragments which take weeks to get, and you have watch hundreds of ads. Not a walking app!
Try Evidation if you want to get paid to truly walk. No gimmicks!

I have 39 fragments and I need 50 fragments to cash out for 30$ but it say to watch video to get more hammer 2 video to get one hammer and I try to hit 9 times and it says oops not a winner that a app malfunction because I should not be getting oops I’m putting my time and effort in JoyPace I already emailed today about this problem

I always have to take my phone with me so that it counts the steps. Although I have an Apple Watch, this is not displayed here. It works with other apps, but why not with JoyPace? Otherwise great app.

I just spent 17 days in my life drinking a little drinks of water checking in watching videos walking with my dog get up to $30 to cash out now it wants me to have 44 more fragments of something that’s ridiculous you guys should be ashamed of yourself. Somebody puts time in their life that they can never get back and you’re just taking it from me reward.

Did the required steps to get to cash out only to find out I needed 50 fragments? Why do I have to continue to earn fragments which you make way too hard to do in order to be able to get my cash out for my steps such a waste of my time they really should make it impossible for apps to put this on their platform. It makes them look bad as well.

Why you lie that there’s a cash out yet i watch 100ths of ads to get fragments yet nothing
