Close and restart the Rayz app on iPhone
Update Rayz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rayz iPhone app

Fix Rayz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rayz network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rayz app issues:

Force Stop the Rayz App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rayz app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rayz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rayz App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rayz app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rayz.

Fix Rayz unable to contact server/ Rayz internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rayz » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rayz » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rayz on android.
