I've had a problem that's been getting worse over time. When selecting radar I first noticed that the outline of the states had disappeared Later, other graphic elements began to disappear, and finally, the background is now a dull white. Everything else works fine except the radar selection. I've reinstalled the app which did not solve the problem. My phone is a pixel 6.

How to fix Weatherology app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Weatherology app on iPhone
Update Weatherology app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Weatherology iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Weatherology on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Weatherology network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Weatherology Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Weatherology not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Weatherology App
1. On android, goto Settings » Weatherology » click [Force Stop]

Update Weatherology to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Weatherology App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Weatherology » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Weatherology.

Fix Weatherology unable to contact server/ Weatherology internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Weatherology » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Weatherology » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
