Not free - feels scammy

App is buggy and costs $50 a year. Filled out the initial form with personal information. Unclear what GalaGLP1Tracker does but then it tried to get me to pay. Feels misleading when GalaGLP1Tracker is presented as free. 100% of features seem to be a subscription. Not sure there is any value unless you’re willing to pay.
Just use shotsy.

Food Tracking is awful!

Scanning barcodes does not work. When you scan the barcode it adds information for entire container or package you are scanning instead of individual serving. When you change serving size, it does not adjust nutrition values!

Don’t hear back from support

Pd way to much for this, can’t get a refund, I’ve tried contacting support through GalaGLP1Tracker and by emails and haven’t heard anything back, the free app I’m using is much better.

Absolute waste of money

GalaGLP1Tracker sells itself of offering meal plans and nutritional help etc. it’s a complete waste of money and really inaccurate on the calorie/food logging….save your money

The food tracker inconsistently works. I’ve had to enter the name of food and then edit the auto/generated nutritional information based on the actual food label. When I bookmark food, GalaGLP1Tracker is inconsistent as to if it’s saved or not. The insights regarding calories per day are helpful. I wish there was a section to separately track water intake.

Not all that I signed up for

The shot record is nice, but that is not all I signed up for when I purchased GalaGLP1Tracker. I thought there was food logging and meal plan information now I don’t see that anywhere not going to pay for half of what I originally thought I was getting.

I switched to Gala GLP‑1 hoping to save money and avoid an extra $75/month I was paying elsewhere. They promised me over and over that I could keep my current prescription and dose — that was the only reason I signed up. But after I paid, they changed everything. 💉 Dosage Bait-and-Switch I had been taking 15 mg of tirzepatide, but Gala started me at just 2.5 mg — a massive drop with no medical justification. Then they slowly increased it to 6 mg, still well below what I was already prescribed. It completely set back my progress and wasted time and money. 📦 Unreliable Delivery Shipments were delayed and tracking was unclear. I had to constantly follow up, and responses were vague or delayed — not what you want when managing a prescription drug. 💬 They make promises they do NOT keep Their reps promised I’d stay on my current dose, that everything would transfer smoothly, and that the monthly price was all-inclusive. None of that was true. It felt like a bait-and-switch — and once they had my payment, the story changed. ❌ Frustrating, costly, and not worth it I regret switching. What I thought would save me money actually cost me more — in time, in setbacks, and in stress. Be careful. Ask for everything in writing, and don’t trust what they “promise.”
