Close and restart the SnapTube app on iPhone
Update SnapTube app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SnapTube iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SnapTube on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SnapTube network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SnapTube app issues:

Force Stop the SnapTube App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SnapTube app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SnapTube to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnapTube App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SnapTube app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SnapTube.

Fix SnapTube unable to contact server/ SnapTube internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SnapTube » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SnapTube » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnapTube on android.
