Well as a pop up in another game I was playing I thought it looked like it would be a good fit. Got in played and I actually hit. First time small amount of $50 so I cashed out half. Hit a few other times and did 2 other redemptions. I did one for $20 and one for $100. I did actually get the $25 redemption but the 20 and 100 are I guess never coming. They had no issue taking my money but they won’t honor winners. I have reported to FCC, BBB and Apple already.
Before the idiot who says use the in game chat for help leaves the comment, I did. And so did all the other people you left the comment for. And we still don’t have our money. I work for a big law firm so maybe a class action lawsuit could be in the works.
Let’s see how this goes.
Also I’ll be sure to check games more carefully. On the redemption emails they send they miss spell the word review - to leave a review for them. That should have been a hint I’m screwed. Will update as things progress.

I was playing and won cashed out twice and got the money within minutes. So I said ok let’s do this. I spent money to play more and cashed out. It’s been 5 days now since and still haven’t recieved my redemptions. I am livid/ I feel scammed and played. I will find a way to report them and get this matter resolved. This isn’t right. I spent over 100$ and haven’t gotten my wins. I have another app same to this one almost and they pay me the night of. Even on weekends. I have even emailed and called left messages with this one and they don’t even get back to me. I’m so mad u have no idea if I can sue this mofos believe me I will.

I have 6 of these apps and this one is the only one that does not pay consistently. First redemption was $31. Got it in 6 hours. Now I’ve got $303 stuck on waiting to review for 5 days now. Nobody answers the contact requests either. I’m sad because the games on JackpotSpinning777 are my favorite. But I refuse to give money to an app that is so shady.

UPDATING TO ONE STAR for you telling me to contact cs on JackpotSpinning777 . I have. I’ve contacted them DAILY since July 30. I’ve emailed every contact from emails received, PayPal, and your redemption request reply. I want my money. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had online.

this is not even accurate. The last time I had looked at the reviews. There was nothing positive. There is been several people that were being left on being reviewed for redemption four months at a time until they finally get declined because they’re not continuously putting money in there something about their account which is not even, a good excuse why would you continually put your own money into a game that is not going to cash out? Why would you continuously waste your money and give these people the scammers your hard earned money. We all need to get together and shut them down.

I submitted several redemptions over 4 days ago and they still all say “waiting review”. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I am beyond frustrated. They sure took the money quickly, but when it comes time to pay out per there agreement, they will not respond to any of requests. Any advice from others on how to proceed or who I should contact to get my money would be appreciated. I’ve tried locating a number for them but the only thing provides is the support email which they clearly do not respond to.

Have attempted to contact developer and sent additional emails to get my redemptions and still no response.

Waiting on redemption like everyone else it seems, I am afraid to deposit anymore because of them not getting back, I played one similar to this and I got mine, like in 24 hours, this one I think is their money wheel.

Update: I have reached out twice, the first time yall told me it could be 7 days, because of the first cash out. Now, 15 days later, I reached out and yall told me you are experiencing a high volume of payouts so please be patient. Now it’s been almost a week since, I played the similar version of lucky legends and yes lost 100s of dollars, but I won as well and it was like clock work, every 24 hours I got paid… I’ll update to 5star, I love playing this casino but not with this redemption process.

I am a real person writing this review to Warn other real people do not whatsoever add money to this game. I won $1500 and every day when I email them their response is the exact same “we’re reviewing manually and payouts usually take 1 to 7 business days.” Please people it’s such a lie because they refused to pay me every day. I emailed them When can I get my payout? When can I get my payout and every day the same answer we’re working on each one blah blah blah just to keep you on the hook so I beg you please do not give these guys money. That’s ridiculous. I worked hard for that money I gave them then I actually won and then every day I wait and wait and wait and I never get my payout please you do not want to go thru this. It’s the worst feeling in the world, so please be careful.

I love playing this game and Play other ones that are made by the same people I believe it’s Spin Sorcery. The other two casino games I play I have had no problem whatsoever getting my money when I cashed out but with this one I have been trying since August 7 the first one was for $35 the second for 100$ third was 60$ and fourth was 65$. The only reply if any I get is they are on weekends. I deposited money several times and the only thing I can think is they are scamming me. So I will reach out to the online gaming commission and bbb to report them. I have emailed, contacted support on app everyday since August 7,2024 to no avail.
Will update if any thing changes but it’s not looking very promising. This is so unethical and you should be ashamed for doing hard working people this way.

So I have several of these cookie cutter slots apps (all with the same basic layout, themes, characters, etc.). Most of them have not given me any issues. This one, however, is really trying my patience. With the other apps, when contacting customer support, I received a response within a day or two. However, with JackpotSpinning777, I managed to win $50, but the KYC verification IS NOT UPDATING to allow me to redeem it. When I click on “redeem”, it pops up requesting the verification, and despite following the link and providing the requested documents (well over a dozen times at this point), it’s still not letting me redeem. I have tried to reach out to customer service about this issue, but have not received any response even though I have even provided screenshots showing that the identity verification was completed. So you can win some money here and there, but good luck actually redeeming it.

I started playing this games 4 days ago . And I like to always make sure I can withdrawal with no problems . So requested to redeem $20. $25. $10 with in one day I received my first $20. Great I’m very excited because I did enjoy playing the games . 3 days later and I’m still waiting . They were all done around the same time . I have emailed them no response. I have sent them messages no response . My confusion is .These are not large dollar amounts. And why pay me on one , if you were a scam. Are you that busy that you can’t respond and that’s what is taking so long with payouts . Am I missing something . Please explain

I was able to redeem the $1 text redemption but now I have $140 and all of a sudden I’m not kyc verified , when I do the verification it says successfully verified, yet when I go back to redeem it says must complete verification . When I contact support it will not allow me to get in contact with any assistance. Ridiculous if you ask me . They have no problem when you deposit money without verification but of course when you want to take money you won it’s a new scenario.

It’s been over a month now and I still have 700$ worth of redemptions that I can’t get any of the customer support to pay attention to. They’re just sitting there “waiting for review “they say. I put a lot of money into playing those games and I really feel cheated. Thanks.

I like JackpotSpinning777 I have played other apps ,it has payed me 3 times im currently waiting on funds now ,I just wish it was a support person I can talk too to speed up the process but it do say it take 7 days to cash out but I have been getting payed in 24 hours I still would love to play if they send my funds.

Having two teens I don’t ever have time to write one…but I have 3 of these apps from the same maker. This one has the best daily login rewards. U get sc everyday you log in. I’ve had this one for bout 2 weeks and I’ve cashed out twice. U don’t have to deposit anything but if u do your first one is 3$ for 4.50 sc coins. I got down to .96 sc on Light of RA and got the free spins then got up to 58$ and I’m cashing out for 45. After u verify yourself with your ID within 30 mins to an hour u get ur email for ur winnings to your PayPal account.

I enjoy the This game everyday best online and most quickest platforms I have ever played…I don’t think I would play anywhere else I have not had big issues with this platform just a lil minor very little but it was fixing fixed miss due to debit credit card thing..But over all love love this game system I’ll keep keep definitely!I do recommend playing here..

Sometimes, gaming apps are so simple to navigate. Lately, their changing their procedures to avoid fraud. But, these steps should be written and acknowledged prior to playing the game. I know you’re keeping your side from fraud and I am as well. But thank you for your email clarification and now I’m on the same page with you! You see, I’ve been playing JackpotSpinning777 and I won so much that they want me to do more tasks of watching 30 rewards videos and then more tasks after that! I was so patient ….and they just ruined it for me.
But I think now that you are legit and I can play more! Thank you for your clarification !

So I didn’t have a problem with the other game depositing my money this one is crazy. I did three redemptions the first one I did second and it sent me that one first the one I did for the second one it’s still on hold the first was1100 the second one was 120$ what’s crazy is I got the second one first and now it’s still says waiting for review never had to go through that before, but I can guarantee you that they are probably going to lose a good customer any gameplay behind this one I love the game but when I lose, I lose I don’t complain, but I want what’s mine just like everybody else

I am always very skeptical about “money making” games but this one actually does payout. It’s fun to play and if you’re a busy mom like me you can set it on auto spin and just let it build up. You also don’t have to play for real money if you choose not to there’s a in game coin option as well. Once you’ve requested your payout it only takes 1-3 days and then the money will be in your PayPal. I highly recommend this game. I’ve been playing this game for a week and already won about $55

I like the game so much it’s fine. It’s entertaining the win ratios are good the amount you when is good but I have made two redemptions and have gotten them both. Games have great graphics. U win more then other slot games. There is a ton of games to chose from and they are constantly adding more. I really can’t complain and for the ones that are complaining, u can’t expect to win unless u put a little of your own money into the game. Great work

I never beleived online cash games, but this game made me realize it. I made $300 this morning with just few dollars. After contacting customer service about cashing out, theysaid they would deposit the money into my paypal account . It's been a great day. Let' s all enjoy and make some bonus for vacation~~~^^♥️
