Well as a pop up in another game I was playing I thought it looked like it would be a good fit. Got in played and I actually hit. First time small amount of $50 so I cashed out half. Hit a few other times and did 2 other redemptions. I did one for $20 and one for $100. I did actually get the $25 redemption but the 20 and 100 are I guess never coming. They had no issue taking my money but they won’t honor winners. I have reported to FCC, BBB and Apple already.
Before the idiot who says use the in game chat for help leaves the comment, I did. And so did all the other people you left the comment for. And we still don’t have our money. I work for a big law firm so maybe a class action lawsuit could be in the works.
Let’s see how this goes.
Also I’ll be sure to check games more carefully. On the redemption emails they send they miss spell the word review - to leave a review for them. That should have been a hint I’m screwed. Will update as things progress.

So I have several of these cookie cutter slots apps (all with the same basic layout, themes, characters, etc.). Most of them have not given me any issues. This one, however, is really trying my patience. With the other apps, when contacting customer support, I received a response within a day or two. However, with this app, I managed to win $50, but the KYC verification IS NOT UPDATING to allow me to redeem it. When I click on “redeem”, it pops up requesting the verification, and despite following the link and providing the requested documents (well over a dozen times at this point), it’s still not letting me redeem. I have tried to reach out to customer service about this issue, but have not received any response even though I have even provided screenshots showing that the identity verification was completed. So you can win some money here and there, but good luck actually redeeming it.

I love playing this game and Play other ones that are made by the same people I believe it’s Spin Sorcery. The other two casino games I play I have had no problem whatsoever getting my money when I cashed out but with this one I have been trying since August 7 the first one was for $35 the second for 100$ third was 60$ and fourth was 65$. The only reply if any I get is they are on weekends. I deposited money several times and the only thing I can think is they are scamming me. So I will reach out to the online gaming commission and bbb to report them. I have emailed, contacted support on app everyday since August 7,2024 to no avail.
Will update if any thing changes but it’s not looking very promising. This is so unethical and you should be ashamed for doing hard working people this way.
