Laser doesn’t always point to where you want

My Honest Review of Bubble Cloud ... Beware : This game Cheats and the Laser does not always point to where you want to shoot ... Although , this game , like others , can be a place to just think 💭 about the day while lounging momentarily after Work or trying to relax ; however , It is also a game that will purposely go out of its own way to try to Con you and get you to pay 💰to play ... Most times when you aim or pinpoint your Laser at the area you intend to target 🎯 the game causes you to miss the target 🎯 area ... Spinners assist momentarily for a couple of seconds until the wheel Swiftly Accumulates more clusters and branches that stick out to purposely cause you to to hit the out of zone area ... It is Annoying and very Frustrating ... I am a Perfectionist by nature and try to get 3 stars ; however, I have found myself getting 1 or 2 stars and going back later to complete the 3 ...I am far along in the game , way up in the 100s at this point and most with 3 stars ; however, it’s not easy ... To be Challenging can be good as certain Challenges could be good for healthy Brain 🧠 Cell activity ; however, to Cheat is Dishonest , and This Crazy Dishonest game Definitely CHEATS For Sure ... I Really can’t see where this game would deserve anymore than 2 stars ... Also it’s very repetitive of levels and very few levels are different or unique ... Best to Keep your Money 💰 and Save up on your Daily spins ...

Great Game

Will try this again to send a review. This is definitely a great game and challenging. Yes, at a certain level you really need the lasers & spins. I let my "daily" spins add up before I go to another level. I quit buying as in the beginning when this game first came out, I didn't get what I paid for. Had other issues and 5 emails later, No Support anywhere, no concerns, notta! So I deleted many times until I realized, I am playing for my pleasure and taking the daily freebies and using the challenges this game gives. The best out there.....Just too bad the company who wrote this doesn't care enough about its followers or members to help/answer mail or concerns. Would definitely give a 5 if if wasn't for the lack of concern this company seems to have. This company can read I am sure and see many actually like this program.... but I agree with many when they feel tooooo many balls are shot out making it impossible to get close to winning. Everyone loves this game because it is a challenge but the more advanced I get, the game gets ridiculous playing around those green ghost looking things. These guys make it impossible to work around! As developers, I would think you would listen to your followers and change the most unpopular items? For some reason, you choose to just read the complaints and get on with making it more frustrating. Still like this choice over any of the others out there.

DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

If I could give Valas Media negative stars I would! It doesn’t matter how good a game is because there is always another one out there similar and just as much fun. STAY AWAY FROM ANY GAMES PRODUCED BY VALAS MEDIA!!!! I bought the largest package of lasers which is $35 and gives you 100 lasers, but I still used them only if needed. BubbleCloud froze up, I had to delete it and reinstall, that is frustrating enough because it made me start at the beginning again. But what really made me angry was that trying to use the “restore purchases” button was completely useless! I still had around 92-96 lasers, but I couldn’t get them back. I contacted Valas Media twice before getting a blanket response telling me to use restore purchases and if that didn’t work then I might have bought a package they no longer offer; obviously they couldn’t be bothered to read my email. So I responded to them again letting them know what I needed and if they no longer had the “package” which they do because I’ve checked it’s exactly the same, they should still give me back the lasers I paid for. And once again crickets......so I emailed them again asking them to restore my purchase or refund me. NO RESPONSE!!! I’ll be filing a complaint with Apple and find out from my developer friends who else to file a complaint with. But don’t waste your money just to get it stolen by this shady and dishonest developer.

Buttons

I do love this game, been playing for several years but Please add a setting where when you click to use a laser or spin that it asks you ‘are you sure you want to use spin’. It may seem annoying to have to click twice, but I can’t tell you how many times I accidentally hit one of those buttons and I didn’t mean to and it uses up one of my precious chances, usually I’m just getting up to do something real quick and I forget I have to close out of the screen so that I don’t accidentally hit them.
This would be a big help to this game, it is my major complaint. That and once you reach a certain level you have to get all 3 stars on almost every game to continue. But I do get it since I’m guessing that’s one of the ‘making it more difficult as you go along’ once you get so far in the levels.
But I would really like the ‘are you sure’ option! Would make this game perfect for me!

Hi

Bubble Cloud pulls you in until you get to the point where you can’t advance and are forced to delete the game or pay for spins and lasers. As far as I can see, having played the game for many moons, there comes a point when it doesn’t even help to store up your free spins and lasers. The game appears to have a set number of try’s for each level and you are required to go through the frustration of many many attempts before the game suddenly provides a configuration you can advance through. Playing this game is fine if you want to just rest your mind with meaningless drifting, but if you are even slightly competitive you’re in for many hours of frustration. I can understand that Valas is a company and they want to make $$$, but the game is incredibly frustrating and ends up being no fun to play. There comes a time when you just can’t win.

Very addicting and frustrating

I'm annoyed! I have played this game for years, I'm on level 180. I have rated it 5 stars, but I have found an expensive, really annoying problem. Occasionally I will find a particular level that I'm having a lot of trouble with. I will save up hard earned bucks so that I can buy what I call the "Spinners"so that I don't die. On 2 very expensive occasions I've had to put the game down, once because my lunch break was over and the second time tonight, because I, "had to see a man about a horse". I didn't close the game, but when I came back my iPad screen was off. When I turned it back on the level had reset back to show is lost the level. I lost a lot of money and hours of play! The game saves that level, but only if you beat it. I hadn't even finished and didn't close the game, but it made me lose! It doesn't save so you can pick it up later and it doesn't save so you can pick the same game up on another device. I found that out when I sold my first iPad and bought another. I find this just planed ridiculous and unfair. No more money on this game and no more time wasted. Just plain upsetting.

It used to be more fun

I was addicted to this game for a long time until they decided that you need all three stars in each puzzle to continue on. Also, if you’re doing really well on a game then all of a sudden when you send a ball directly into a same-color group, that ball goes no where near it! In order to clear a puzzle you can’t make more than 3 or 4 mis-hits. This game has become another money-making game bc you need to buy more spins to try and clear the balls. Over level 20 it gets extremely difficult and frustrating.
I’ve also just noticed after playing past game 22...you aim the ball at a certain spot to clear colors but it always avoids that spot and hits a color nearby. I know it sounds like I’m a sore loser...NO! Try it out for yourself. The developer has rigged it somehow that when you’ve been extremely accurate on previous levels all of a sudden it takes over the direction! That’s it for me with this game. If I was able to change the stars to rate this game I’d give it a 1 !

I thought I was approaching the end!

Dec 12, 2019

Now you have extended this fiendish game beyond any hope! I’ve been hacking away for YEARS on these bubbles and am now at level 458 with a total of 1282 stars in my bag. I have an alarm set on my iPad to announce its time to pull up the game and spin the wheel. I usually wait to play until I have collected at least 5 or 6 spinners before giving it a real go. Sometimes I bring up the latest level and do not take a laser just to get an idea of what problems lie ahead. But I usually get one good shot at a level in a week. Sometimes I’ve beaten the level only using up 2 or 3 spins. Once I beat it without losing a single spin. Now I see there are more than 200 levels ahead. Woah

Aug 23, 2021

Made it to 506 now without making any purchases. I collect the free one every day, but it takes at least a week before I dare a real run at a level. I have 20 some lasers but now only 2 spinners. I used 3 spinners beating 506, so now I may approach the next level using only the laser and quit instead of using a precious spinner so I get the feel of the level and figure out how to approach it. Often it really requires carefully spinning the cloud around to dislodge any growth at the top. I am amazed with the quality of each new level.

It’s gotten too difficult, not fun

There reaches a point where the levels are so difficult and require so much luck from the given shooter bubble options, you can’t get enough stars to move on. At that point it’s just not fun. It’s not “challenging” because it’s not about skill. It’s just hard because they make it that way.

There are so many ways they could change this. Let us swap bubbles to make strategic choices. Give us bombs or other power ups that can let us just MOVE ON from aggravating levels. Stop making levels that crash and fail from the first “drop” because they are designed with edge to edge chaos. Make it actually challenging instead of unlucky so we can feel a sense of accomplishment instead of just relief that the misery is over because they finally chose to give us the right bubbles in the right order for the lucky layout.

It starts to feel like it’s a personal point of pride with these folks, at which point it stops being about enjoyment for anyone.

Really fun and fair

Pretty far into the game and I will say the game is difficult but also pretty fun. I played another similar bubble game that was really designed to make you pay money so this game is a breath of fresh air in comparison. Some of the ads can be a bit annoying, like the two that just show up right when you touch the screen but it's better than video ads.

The game is pretty straight forward and while there are two boosts you can buy it is quite possible to beat the levels without them. It is a game with a little bit of chance but the chances aren't hugely stacked against you. It's also just a pretty game. I'd recommend it.

This game frustrates the hell outta me

My mind is obsessed with this game and I find myself playing for at least one long sitting per day, but at the same time, it drives me nuts.

The bar that's set to achieve all possible stars on each level is incredibly hard. Getting all the stars is your goal because no one wants 2/3 stars, but for me it takes AT LEAST FIFTY games to conquer the level. It could take me 2 weeks to fulfill all stats per level.

There also aren't enough opportunities for rewards like super spins or lasers. The only opportunity for me to collect these tools I can use in a pinch is with the daily free gift, which you can receive once every 24 hours. Fair enough, but do you know how infuriating it is when I claim that day's reward, then find myself one bubble pop away from failing the game, leading me to use my reward - AND SEEING I HAVE NONE/as in it doesn't even properly tally up your gifts?

Game Rewards are Deceiving

Good game, but you generally need to stockpile the Laser and Spin tools to get 3 stars in the advanced levels. Between the two, the Laser is the more powerful tool, as it gives you precise aim of the shooter. The Spin allows you to continue even if the level ends before breaking the glass at the center. Bundles of Lasers or Spins can be purchased, or you can collect a free Laser/Spin with the Daily Free Gift wheel. You are also occasionally rewarded with a Laser or Spin after completing a level with 3 stars. However, it is irritating that the free daily gift doesn’t provide a 50/50 distribution of Lasers/Spins as the wheel would suggest. I currently have over 20 Spins and 0 Lasers. The makers of the game should either change the appearance of the wheel to reflect the actual chances of winning each tool, or change the the spinner so that it produces an even distribution. For that reason, I rate the game 2 stars, otherwise it would be higher.

I love this game!

Yes it's challenging! I have this game on my iPad and have passed level 138, so I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say you just can't get very far. I've never spent a dime on extras so maybe I'm just patient. I just recently loaded it onto my iPhone and I'm already passed level 20. You just gotta hang in there.

Just started playing again after a long rest and I enjoy it as much as I ever did. The only thing that prevents me from giving it five stars is the fact that I am visually impaired and use color to help me play most games. My objection to Bubble Cloud is the fact that the colors are pastel and difficult for me to see one from another in some cases. I would give It 10 stars if the colors were a bit brighter.

Won’t be playing anymore

I too have had my email ignored. I sent it because I was on a particularly difficult level for me. I had just the day before paid $40 for 100 ‘super spins’ to add to the 17 I already had. I used from 117 down to 41 left. I was on the verge of clearing the level. Finally!! When I went back into the game, it started me all over again!! My progress was nullified!!! I was back to the beginning of that difficult level!! I wrote the email in the hopes that they would make it right, perhaps reinstate the spins I had lost. No. I got silence. Shame on me, I just now spent $10 for 20 spins and again, went back to the game only to find it started over!!!!!! I absolutely love the game. I’m deleting it from my phone. I won’t be treated like this. They make enough money they could correct these situations. But they don’t care for active players, they don’t have to. They’ll be able to pick up new suckers every day. RUN AWAY BEFORE YOU GET HOOKED, THEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Spinners Free; Aspect Rigid

I have been playing this game for over two years, now, and I do enjoy it, but I cannot get past the low 30s levels (I’m between 30 - 33). I have never paid a single penny for ANY extras and never will. But it is apparent that my resolve to not spend any money has hampered my ability to play this game to my best extent...because I don’t play by paying. I’m 73 and not willing to change to pay money for anything.

The second complaint is the more visibly annoying one. My daughter and I searched to find a way to change the rotation of this (and many other games, specifically) from portrait to landscape. Our iPad covers are better for the landscape position, and the lines don’t fit on the portrait mode. We keep hoping to find something that is written to be in either format, not just the format for iPhones.

Thank you.

Fun but gets impossible

It’s a very fun, mindless game. As the game progresses, you will run into levels that simply cannot be conquered without using their boosts.
I’m upwards of level 400 now, and they’ve added some bonus games to collect more spins and lasers, but they’re also going to make sure you use them.
On some of the levels that if you do not burst a block of bubbles, it removes a color, those are next to impossible if the bubbles are between a channel with an immovable obstacle and the center.
There is a point between enjoyment - easy to go back and play a level you’ve already completed, although, what’s the point - and irritating, and this game will cross the line into irritating.
It becomes NOT enjoyable on many levels.

Very addictive and fun. Annoying, too.

This game is definitely most fun in the lower hundreds. But in the 300+ range, it gets so difficult that you just want to put it down. The spinner that gets you a daily reward is programmed to incentivize you to purchase spins or lasers. Even though your odds appear to be 50/50, it doesn’t really work this way. This is indicated by the fact that at lower levels you mostly need lasers. And instead, you get spinners at a 5 to 1 ratio or more. In the upper levels, this is reversed. You need free spins, but you get lasers at a 5 to 1 ratio or more. Ignore the advice from other raters about the accuracy of the laser. It is pinpoint accurate, but when you release it, if your finger moves even slightly you will go to a new Aimpoint. It’s not the game, but you that is the problem.

If you love watching ads. This game is for you

The game itself is fun to play, but before long you get up in levels. You then have two choices- pay money to play, or watch an ad every 30 seconds or so. Oh, and every ad is 30 seconds long. So you spend more time watching ads than you do playing. I’m not kidding. Play 15 to 30 seconds till you have to reset and you are then forced to watch a 30 second ad before you can redo it. Every time you clear an area, another 30 second ad.
I gave 3 stars for the game, I would’ve given 5 if the adds weren’t so overwhelming. I expect ads with every free game. But there gets to a point where you are playing just to watch ads, not actually play.
Time to delete and find a game with more reasonable ads

Needs more prizes

I love this game and it is super addictive yet relaxing. I'm on level 197 and some have complained of its difficulty. For me, the challenge is perfect. I don't play games just because they're easy. Sometimes it takes me 40-50 times just to get one star, but...that's the point. My only issue with the game is the lack of special prizes. I think there should be a bubble within each level that once it's hit will explode all the bubbles surrounding it. Or maybe a tool acquired on free spin that allows you to shoot straight through the any part of the puzzle (except hitting the star). Or perhaps a fireball that melts several frozen bubbles. Just a few ideas. Some additions like this would be both helpful and exciting. Thanks for the great game!

Bubble cloud

I love-ed the game but the most frustrating part is that even if you hit the right color ball you still send more balls to the top part that gets congested and hardest to reach & of course the games explode before one can get to that part of it. Also, even though we get the right color more balls are sent. Miss once & you send "200" more balls to the top where it's impossible to reach. Be fair, miss one ball send one not 20+ ....... I APOLOGIZE FOR TAGGING IN ON YOUR COMMENTS. I’ve tried to send my message & it never went through. I so very much agree with you!!!!! It seems so absurd to miss one ball & THEY send 50!!!...and they are sent to the balls closest to the edge!!!!...especially when the balls are diminishing. I used to play this game often but it is getting very annoying...PLEASE PLAY FAIR!!!! Thank-You

My favorite game on iPhone.

I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s challenging, simple, and doesn’t require waiting for plays to accumulate. You also don’t have to spend any money to get through. I’ve 3 star’s every single level in the game, and it’s taken an incredible amount of time and patience, and that’s what I love about it. This is not a game for immediate satisfaction. You have to work at it, be patient, and eventually the stars align and you get through. I love that some levels seem absolutely impossible. It makes it all the more satisfying when, on the umpteenth or umphundredth time, you get it bang on. I eagerly wait for the new levels. Keep em coming!
