Close and restart the Whale.AI app on iPhone
Update Whale.AI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Whale.AI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Whale.AI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Whale.AI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Whale.AI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Whale.AI App
1. On android, goto Settings » Whale.AI » click [Force Stop]

Update Whale.AI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Whale.AI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Whale.AI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Whale.AI.

Fix Whale.AI unable to contact server/ Whale.AI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Whale.AI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Whale.AI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
