This app has been a game changer for me. I enjoy working out but sometimes i get burned out at the gym or with it being colder I don’t want to leave my house. With liaison classes I can have Stef there as motivation and be able to start my day being active without having to leave the house

So obsessed with this app! It makes working out fun and exciting. The workouts are new each day during a challenge, and it makes it fun to get up and do. This app has made me excited to workout again. The app is easy to use and so pleasing both on laptops and mobile!
