No se puede hacer nada útil

Hago un pedido, intento pagar con mi tarjeta y no la acepta. Pago en el establecimiento con la misma tarjeta y sí pasa (Me toca pagar el precio completo porque la oferta es solo en la app). Ingreso en mis datos. No me permite revisar los datos de mi método de pago, mucho menos actualizarlos. Me dan un helado de bienvenida. Siempre dice que hay un error cuando quiero reclamarlo.
The app works but…

The app works fine for ordering food but the offers that they give on delivery are extremely bugged. Most days they immediately cause an error when you enter the cart, removing the offer automatically. This is frustrating as you will always end up paying full price on everything, no matter how many points you rack up.
