Worktime Tracker Pro Reviews

I have reported the date issue half a dozen times over the last six months. On the reports (pie chart graphs), the date fields at the bottom are empty. You cannot tell if the chart is for a week or a month or which week or month. This renders this function useless and these reports are what I show my clients each month and I use them to plan my future work. The latest app update did nothing. I am ready to ditch WorktimeTrackerPro and find a fully functional app.

Purchased WorktimeTrackerPro awhile ago and have been using it for work. It was a Great app I thought. Recently I upgraded to a new phone and re-downloaded WorktimeTrackerPro . Now it has ads and you have to pay or watch some stupid videos to remove them temporarily which is bogus. You also now have to pay for exporting documents. Total scam here. I contacted the designer and they basically blew me off. Customer service is none existent so no help for WorktimeTrackerPro. Way to mess up a good thing.

I use to use this all the time on my farm operation to help keep my time easier from all the different jobs I do. Till the day in the report section stop displaying the months so it was hard to figure out what months I was on or go back to see what I had in previous month. Please get it fixed I much rather use WorktimeTrackerPro then try to remember pen n paper n keep track of it

I’ve been using WorktimeTrackerPro for some years now and it’s been good, it’s simple and it does what it needed to do. I use to clock in and track the time of all my employees. The reason for the 3 stars is because about 6 weeks ago every time I check the final report for the end of week the dates that are displayed at the bottom have not been showing, which is important when it comes down to running payroll for the correct dates. Once this bug gets resolved I will update my review to a solid 5 stars.

Updated Review: Been using WorktimeTrackerPro for years. It’s not bad and obviously gets the job done for me. A bit clunky/time consuming to enter times. I tried the export function but it exports the wrong time/date format (non-US?), so I had to create a spreadsheet to handle. Plus the influx of ads is super annoying. Would pay for a pro version if minor improvements were made, more customizable exporting and no ads.

Ive been using this for years for my sole proprietorship and find it extremely helpful. My only suggestion is to add a search option for jobs listed on the left. I have over 100 names and often have to scroll to find a name which is very time consuming.

I've been using WorktimeTrackerPro for about a year now and for the most part it's useful. Some of the functionality is weird, when I have to adjust my dates I have to adjust the end date before the start date or it won't let me change the date.

When my old timesheet app was no longer being developed, I was in search for a replacement. About a year ago I downloaded nearly 20 apps and this one seemed to best match what I was used to. It also added functionalities I didn’t know I would value so much like the ability to clock in retroactively for when you inevitably forget to start the timer immediately after starting work.
Only complaint is that WorktimeTrackerPro claims to let you export to Email, PDF, or excel but I can’t seem to find this functionality.

I started a new pay so I was able to create another “task” with just a different pay rate. Still have records of my old pay. Everything works fine, just wish they could add the feature of adding break(s) because my job always takes one hour off for lunch that we don’t get paid.

You can create multiple projects and tasks, and track your time seamlessly. You can start timers for multiple tasks, and pause timers. Easy to edit time if you started a timer incorrectly or forgot to stop a timer. You can also enter time manually.

I continue to balance 5-7 jobs and WorktimeTrackerPro is helpful in maintaining all my hours and reviewing pay stubs. I wish it had a free way to group the hours according to my varying pay periods, but this may be a user error.

I use WorktimeTrackerPro to track the time that I spend on multiple job sites. I set up each job under a separate title and then click in and out of each one as I get there and leave. Works awesome!

I recently took a salary job and wanted to secretly keep track of the time I am working to compare to what it would have been being paid hourly. So easy to use! No fluff, gets right to the point. Clean and well designed. I made an in app purchase on my phone, then ended up selling the phone 3 weeks later not thinking that I could have lost all my data, but I simply logged into my new phone and there it was! Nothing lost! Can do backups to iCloud, DropBox, and WiFi! Definitely recommend this product! Personally, the ads weren’t to bothersome, but I feel that this is worth a total of $30 ($20 to remove ads & $10 to backup).

I absolutely love WorktimeTrackerPro. The free version gives you so much, for minimal ads. I've been keeping track of my hours for 6 months with WorktimeTrackerPro. I can divide my hours by pay period, and now that I have 2 jobs it helps keep everything organised. Thank you for such an amazing app!

I work for an office that doesn’t have the check in/ check out technology, so I have to keep my own time. WorktimeTrackerPro is simple to use and I’ve gotten in the habit of updating my time at the end of the day. I’ve used WorktimeTrackerPro for several years now. It keeps me honest and organized.

Works wonderful and you’re able to track exactly how much you’re paid, and even calculates overtime. Although you can only count overtime either days or weeks: meaning if you get overtime after 8hrs in a day and 40 hrs in a week you can not calculate both only one. I believe it’s a glitch, it’s strange how it was set up. Other than that works perfectly. (PLEASE FIX)

Keep track via WorktimeTrackerPro , three years ago!!! To clock in is super simple and to add previous hrs is a breeze, I can’t believe they still manage to give you all these perks and keep it free! ITS A-MAZIIIING!

I work three jobs and for all of them I need to track and enter in my own time. It is an amazing tool for that and later analyzing your income. It also helped me discover that one of my previous jobs was skimping me by a few dollars.
GUI to edit a task can be a bit confusing to use sometimes but I always figure it out in the end.

I work weird hours, part time, at different locations, so I "clock in and out" with Worktime instead of a traditional time clock. Love it!

I also love that I can edit my times when I forget to clock out or in, and even add an entire work session when I forget altogether!

For a while I used this to track time spent on social media, but WorktimeTrackerPro is a little TOO good for that... I decided I didn't want to know.

I use WorktimeTrackerPro to keep track of the time I spend making quilts for customers. It helps me not only by seeing the amount of time I'm spending per job but I can also input notes for each job. Love WorktimeTrackerPro and works perfectly for what I need.
