Very nice to have an app to perform daily check-in’s and inspection. Was previously using the safari version on iPhone and had it bookmarked to the Home Screen as an app. I saw a message on my computer saying the app was available on the AppStore and after using it for a few vehicles I will be switching back to the online version until the app is tweaked and layout is revised. The app should be structured similar to the desktop version and it lacks many features and has various drawbacks. The issues Im currently having are; the app is very slow to process any videos, not being able to see the vehicles previous job history and inspections, a work-in-progress screen indicating the services the vehicle is approved for, and am unable to see the times on the ticket. The app is not very user friendly and is overly simple and is good for performing a quick inspection but nothing else.
