How to fix Pixa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pixa app on iPhone
Update Pixa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pixa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pixa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pixa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pixa app issues:

Force Stop the Pixa App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pixa app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pixa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pixa App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pixa app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pixa.

Fix Pixa unable to contact server/ Pixa internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pixa » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pixa » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pixa on android.
