No option to setting up profile with selfie - so identity cannot be authenticated.

Absolutely ridiculous that DigiYatra only accepts Aadhar Card as ID. It doesn't accept passport or other government issued IDs. The UI interface is terrible - as if made by a child. I would be very careful using DigiYatra as you're uploading your identity information which might get stolen, as DigiYatra doesn't seem secure at all.

Indians can become CEOs of top tech companies and create amazing, polished products when they go abroad. However, domestic Indians always end up making such embarrassingly shoddy products. What's up with that?

Screen doesnt go past after entering the mobile number.

DigiYatra does not load past the register screen.

You can’t log in and create an account with non-Indian phone numbers. Useless for non-Indian visitors who too desire a seamless experience.

I am trying register on ios device but it keep saying “forbidden”. I am using app on wifi. I was wondering if it makes difference that my AppStore country is USA and so am I. Any idea ?

Doesn’t allow OCI card holders to register if they don’t have an Indian phone number. Quite surprising since they travel very often and this would reduce queues at the airport

I use iPhone 16 pro with ios version 18.3.1 . Trying to login using my phone number but app says “Forbidden” . It was perfectly working before DigiYatra update released. Could you Help me out ?

I’m not able to log in to this app app as the OTP is not being received.
My phone is active and receiving all other OTPs, calls, messages etc.
Is there another way? Please suggest.

I have downloaded the version 4.1 and I enter my phone number for registration and it just spins and comes back to the screen I downloaded it 4 times and I still have the same problem

How did DigiYatra got approval for Indian aviation sector ? This is one of the worst app I have ever installed. Was going for a blank screen soon after loading. Tried many times , restarted the phone , then reinstalled DigiYatra , now it says forbidden on clicking register. Avoid !!!

App has so many issues!! It registered and kept going to blank page after adding boarding pass. Had to go through standard queue at the airport. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it does not register on the number, keeps going to same page after spin. Whoever is managing DigiYatra should do a professional job of testing it. Coming from USA, I was excited about using it for domestic travel. Miles to go!!

I understand this app allows OCI to register with passport & OCI card documents. DigiYatra allows only Indian numbers. Please advise

Updated to latest app version and tried all 3 methods to upload the boarding pass and it does not work. Keeps saying something went wrong.

Would request a digi yatra like for women's too for security.

Had a great experience with Digi Yatra! I was in Chennai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru and Mangalore and DigiYatra worked like a charm! I could breeze through security whilst on the other end I saw people standing in long lines for manual check!

Really a game changer for India!

I recently had to catch a flight from Mumbai T1 and was running late. Kartik Gupta from the this app team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, allowing me to get a quick entry to the airport. Thanks to him, I was able to make it on time!
