I’ve tried over 10 times to add my drivers lic and/or passport with failures every time. I’ve also taken many selfies thinking the pic doesn’t match, which it should since it’s me and looks very much like my driver’s license. Each failed attempt was after supplying crystal clear images of front and back of driver’s license. With passport, it always scans the info at the bottom of the photo page but cannot locate passport each time I scan the inside of the back page. I’ve sent a help email to the company but have not received a response; not even an automatic email stating that they received my request for help. Waste of time.

I just downloaded AirsideDigitalIdentity and was able to set up my account and upload my driver’s license and vaccine information very easily. However, AirsideDigitalIdentity will not allow me to scan my passport despite following all instructions. I have attempted to scan my passport multiple times but have had no luck. Not sure if it is me, or a flaw in AirsideDigitalIdentity . I would suggest looking into this issue as I am not the only one who has reported it. Thanks!!!

I almost didn’t bother downloading and then entering my drivers license and passport based on the many negative reviews. It helped to read the FAQ, especially when loading my passport. It didn’t work for me to scan for the NFC in the back cover until I removed my phone case ( as the FAQ had advised). It still took a bit of work to get good pics of my DL and passport, but wasn’t excessive

Tried multiple times would not scan the chip which becomes a dead end. Multiple reviews report the same problem, developer always responds to contact them for instructions. If it is that common of a problem why not go ahead and publish those other instructions either here or on the website. Here is a tip to the developers: when you inconvenience people to have to contact you to get the instructions to make your buggy app work, you are doing it wrong.

Work perfect only the problem I found out on signup process the consent check marks box is not show properly because the background image covers the box and very hard to see it. Thank you it’s a wonderful app.

I tried to use my CA DL as a form of ID but due to this particular state it would take too long to verify. So I used my passport instead and it was done in no time! It walked me through and I was done. My kids are doing the same for their as well!

Was fairly easy to add my DL, but when I added my vax card info, AirsideDigitalIdentity shows the dates of my shots as one day earlier than what I entered for each shot. I removed and re-added and it did the same thing again. Really should do more thorough testing before you release an app.

Whoever designed AirsideDigitalIdentity must be "Woke" because it doesn't "woke" (work). I have tried at least 20 times to upload my passport and driver license and it will not take it. I have used different lighting. I have retaken the selfie. AirsideDigitalIdentity just doesn't work. I guess if the Admirals Club ever fires all their employees at the entrances to the Admirals Club in order to force compliance, I will just cancel my membership. This is DEFINITELY not worth the effort.

You cannot scan a passport. Emailing them to help does not work either because they do not reply. AirsideDigitalIdentity should be removed from AirsideDigitalIdentity Store because it does not work as advertised and there is no support.

They have replied to a previous review saying they responded but they have not replied at all. Someone else also reached out on my behalf and no response to them either.

Why would I waste my time over an app that is not working properly.

Seems to me that you did either very limited testing or you just didn’t care enough to work out the kinks before publishing AirsideDigitalIdentity . DONT PUT OUT SOMETHING IF IT ISNT WORKING AS IT SHOULD

I was easily able to add my passport and vaccination card however I had difficulty with my driver’s license. Now, that issue has been resolved and it works beautifully.

Took me about 10 minutes to add my Passport, Drivers License and 3 vaccines. You just have to follow the easy instructions.

Received an email from AA recommending AirsideDigitalIdentity for easy access to Admirals Club but I can’t get beyond the set up. AirsideDigitalIdentity freezes on the FAQ after I enter the email and accept terms and conditions. Spent way too much time on it and it still doesn’t work. You may want to figure out the bugs before a mass email goes out touting it.

Same review as many others here. I wish i had read reviews before spending 30 minutes trying to load documents - it won’t accept drivers license or passport.

No phone number for support and no response to my request for help.

AirsideDigitalIdentity is worthless even though it is free. And, because of my experience here, I would never buy the Passport App from this group. When IOS 15 was downloaded, all my information was erased. When I tried to re-enter my info, it would not scan my passport chip.

What’s the point of an app that just lists my info in a text list- unofficially- and thus forces me to produce the original document anyway? No airline or security agent or vaccine checker or door man is accepting the presentation of AirsideDigitalIdentity. It’s pointless. Also the passport scanning doesn’t work. Tried on 4 passports- no luck.

Keeps saying problem while authenticating!

Had an account, couldn’t log in because face app wasn’t working. Asked to create a new account with my account that already existed. Where did my old account and data go? Is this for real?

I’ve tried email, so has another user. We have been waiting after trying to scan the back of a passport for weeks and still no reply.

In this day and age of smart mobile devices, app manufacturers have no excuse for not providing landscape view with their apps. Especially given that the iPad Pro has an add-on keyboard available, allowing users to type as they would on a MacBook or one of those inferior devices known as Windows PCs.

If your developers can’t be bothered to give us portrait AND landscape views, you shouldn’t expect to get more than two stars from your users!

Great concept. But after many tries On both drivers license and passport, neither one would scan into AirsideDigitalIdentity . No helpful feedback as to why.
