4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I received a boarding pass from Air India Express with a barcode and the words this is not a boarding pass. My Digiyatra app is unable to recognize the Bar code. So unable to download my flight details on to the Digiyatra. My flight is on 13th February { domestic ). we are senior Citizens nearing 79 years. What should I do to to upload or scan the Ait ticket. Kindly advice

Absolutely ridiculous that this app only accepts Aadhar Card as ID. It doesn't accept passport or other government issued IDs. The UI interface is terrible - as if made by a child. I would be very careful using this app as you're uploading your identity information which might get stolen, as this app doesn't seem secure at all.
Indians can become CEOs of top tech companies and create amazing, polished products when they go abroad. However, domestic Indians always end up making such embarrassingly shoddy products. What's up with that?

App has so many issues!! It registered and kept going to blank page after adding boarding pass. Had to go through standard queue at the airport. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it does not register on the number, keeps going to same page after spin. Whoever is managing this app should do a professional job of testing it. Coming from USA, I was excited about using it for domestic travel. Miles to go!!

How did this app got approval for Indian aviation sector ? This is one of the worst app I have ever installed. Was going for a blank screen soon after loading. Tried many times , restarted the phone , then reinstalled the app, now it says forbidden on clicking register. Avoid !!!
