How to fix Cart'In app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cart'In app on iPhone
Update Cart'In app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cart'In iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cart'In on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cart'In network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Cart'In not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cart'In App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cart'In » click [Force Stop]

Update Cart'In to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cart'In App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cart'In » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cart'In.

Fix Cart'In unable to contact server/ Cart'In internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cart'In » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cart'In » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
