Attempting to charge me for no subscription, even after contacting the bank and putting a stop on the payments

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. Please cancel

Did the membership. Shows live in subscriptions on Apple account but when try to log in it says that there isn’t an account with that email.

Bite Pal keeps charging me even after I canceled the subscription months ago and deleted my account.

No account and they took almost $42 out of my bank, there is NO active account from me

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the BitePal application. I created an account and made a payment of 22.50 Romanian lei (RON) but I was not satisfied with the service, so I deleted/logged out of my account. However, the problem is that the app is still trying to charge me 168.21 RON through a subscription, even though I did not sign up for this subscription. I tried to cancel/stop the subscription within the app, but I was unable to do so. Please CANCEL my subscription as soon as possible, as I no longer wish to use this service. Please confirm by email that my subscription has been cancelled/closed, so the app will no longer attempt to charge my card. Thank you!

My app crashed and now I've lost all data. When I try to set it up again, there is no account associated with my email address. I signed up and paid at the beginning of this week for 3 months! How do I get access again or how do I get a refund for the monies spent?

Hello, I am requesting a full refund for this service. For several days, I have attempted multiple times through the app to receive a password reset email, without success. As a result, I am unable to access the app or the service I am paying for. I have also sent three separate emails to your company and have not received any response. It is unacceptable to be charged for a service that I cannot access and for which customer support has been unresponsive. Due to this ongoing issue, I am formally requesting a full refund. Hi, I was not satisfied with your app and canceled my plan a week ago, yet today my account once again got charged $9.99. I would like that charge reversed and any future charges canceled.

I lost my streak and I hate the streak feature so here’s some suggestions to make it better: Streak shields: When you skip a day instead of resetting to stupid 0 days you can keep it using one of these, you should equip up to 2. Hi. You charged my credit card 59.99 and I no longer have an account with you guys. I cancelled my membership so I am not sure why I am being charged?

I downloaded the bitepal app to try for a couple of days, then deleted it because I didn't find it useful. I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription and was charged $35.99. Its's my mistake, I guess, for not paying more attention so I guess I have it for the year. I have since redownloaded the app and I can't pull up my account. I've tried my apple account, google account and email. Can I please either get a refund or provide me access to my account. Thank you

I created an account but it won’t let me log in. I tried resetting my password and that didn’t help.
