How to fix TouchTech app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TouchTech app on iPhone
Update TouchTech app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TouchTech iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TouchTech on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TouchTech network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TouchTech Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TouchTech not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TouchTech App
1. On android, goto Settings » TouchTech » click [Force Stop]

Update TouchTech to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TouchTech App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TouchTech » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TouchTech.

Fix TouchTech unable to contact server/ TouchTech internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TouchTech » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TouchTech » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TouchTech
