Everything was good until i got an email saying my postcard was shipped literally the following day it was shipped which was good but they don't offer a tracking number to track to see if the person you are sending it to gets it. To make it even worse these postcards don't come in envelopes to hide the message they are EXPOSED! for people to see god forbid if you write or send something inappropriate or pictures in general its not private don't mind paying the extra money for an envelope please make that an option at the end of check out.

I was so excited to use this service. I made my card for a family friend, initially the order was received July 31st, shipped on August 1st and was delivered to the post office for delivery August 4th. Two weeks went by and it never said it was officially delivered. I emailed customer service and he told me sometimes mail gets lost especially if that recipient has a lot of mail coming in for them. So they sent it out again on August 13th, as of August 16th 7:23 PM it says: โat recipients post office for delivery.โ Itโs August 30th and still nothing. Iโm really disappointed in this service and will no longer be using it. ๐คโ๐ป

Not only is this a great app that is really easy to use but their customer service is amazing to say the least. Zeno was the person who helped me and they went above and beyond. I went to my previous orders and saw a card I had sent with a picture of my uncle that has since passed and I sent an email trying to see if they could send me the file for the photo used. But since they canโt save every file Zeno said they would send me a copy of the Postagram I had sent Yearโs earlier. It really means more than I can put into words and I will use this app as long as itโs available. Thank you so, so much!
