you're missing the feature I wanted most... reporting MISSING MAIL used to be as simple as tapping a button and checking a box for a piece of mail that hadn't arrived that week. You took that away from the Informed Delivery notice. WTF! What the hell are you doing?

Use to be able to click on a mail piece and notify that mail piece was not delivered. I have several pieces of mail that has been missing for the last week or more and called PO and said that it is not accurate, could take up to 7 days before I receive the mail. Use to never be like that

The app is missing the “I did not receive this mail piece” feature, which is available on your dashboard when accessed from a computer. Please add it to the next version update. Thanks.
