This app revision is a complete failure. Terrible design from head to toe, and non-functional. These criticisms extend to the website overhaul as well.
The app is so poorly made, multiple Bill Pay payments did not go through and made my payments late.
Modern app and web design if rife with this type of garbage and it needs to stop! The previous app was on an entirely different plain of existence in regards to functionality compared to this absolute piece of garbage.

No idea why SECU paid to update this app, it is not compatible with iPads (shows up as a tiny box in the middle of the screen), does not yet link to any of the accounts (shows zero balance on all accounts) and I wouldn’t trust it for making deposits yet. I have been charged multiple overdraft fees for the first time since opening this account 12 years ago. This is a very irresponsible action for a fiduciary to take, when holding the accounts of thousands of families hostage.

The previous app was easier to understand, it used to be easier to follow our transactions, this app isn’t accurate and is too complicated. Not to mention, secondary account holders can’t even log in. I’m still waiting for the bank to help get access for the secondary holder. We are having to write down everything we spend to make sure we have enough to cover everything. This app is just making it easier for the customers to overdraft because one could be thinking they have $300+ and in reality, they have $30. There is no way of seeing what is pending or for how much. It’s just going to be easier to transfer all our money to a different bank. This app is too frustrating.
