To much complicated information that is not needed. The actual information you need is not included in StateECU . Try paying a bill without the amount due listed in the account information or in the drop down tab. Makes no sense, just keep it simple. Garbage App!

The new “functions” are not helpful. I do not like that it shows “spendable” money where it shows your balance but with no change. Then your actual available balance. StateECU also doesn’t show pending charges.

App is hard to use and does not provide the same info on my accounts that the old one did

The previous app was easier to understand, it used to be easier to follow our transactions, StateECU isn’t accurate and is too complicated. Not to mention, secondary account holders can’t even log in. I’m still waiting for the bank to help get access for the secondary holder. We are having to write down everything we spend to make sure we have enough to cover everything. StateECU is just making it easier for the customers to overdraft because one could be thinking they have $300+ and in reality, they have $30. There is no way of seeing what is pending or for how much. It’s just going to be easier to transfer all our money to a different bank. StateECU is too frustrating.

Used to be my favorite bank, however this new update is worthless… cant see pending charges, can’t transfer to outside accounts (something my husband and i used a lot) no pending deposits ugh we will be transferring all our accounts to a new bank…

This new app is terrible, shows you inaccurate account balances. Doesn’t show what’s pending, added a bunch of features no one cares for. People use mobile apps to monitor balances so they don’t have to write it down but with StateECU what for even have it.

It has been a nightmare trying to simply log in into the new updated app. I have tried logging in for DAYS and NOTHING. I have never had problems with StateECU until now. I hope it gets fixed ASAP!!

This new app and new platform are an epic failure. I was unable to access my account for a week. And a week after finally re-gaining access to my account, I am STILL unable to pay my bills online. Avoid this credit union!!

StateECU is complicated! It does not show correct info! I want to know what is going on with my accounts and with StateECU I am unable to do so because it is inaccurate info.

StateECU locks up continously. It needs to be removed and reinstalled in order to work. I do not trust it.

StateECU revision is a complete failure. Terrible design from head to toe, and non-functional. These criticisms extend to the website overhaul as well.

StateECU is so poorly made, multiple Bill Pay payments did not go through and made my payments late.

Modern app and web design if rife with this type of garbage and it needs to stop! The previous app was on an entirely different plain of existence in regards to functionality compared to this absolute piece of garbage.

No idea why SECU paid to update StateECU, it is not compatible with iPads (shows up as a tiny box in the middle of the screen), does not yet link to any of the accounts (shows zero balance on all accounts) and I wouldn’t trust it for making deposits yet. I have been charged multiple overdraft fees for the first time since opening this account 12 years ago. This is a very irresponsible action for a fiduciary to take, when holding the accounts of thousands of families hostage.

We need access to our bank accounts and I didn’t even receive an email about this change .

This has more services than the other one once you login. Looks more updated.
